I recently hired TV Guyz to mount our 65 inch TV to the wall and they did a great job. I was torn between where I wanted to put it but knew that I wanted all of the cable cords hidden. The day of, the technicians were able to help provide suggestions about where would be the best place and in the end, it came out great. They hid all of the cables in the wall and installed a new socket behind the TV. I love the mount that they provided which articulates and serves the space perfectly. Their initial quote was a pretty wide range and the full job ended up on the higher end (about $600 including the mount). We plan to not make any changes for a very long time, so decided it was a good investment. My minor complaints are that it took a few days to get in touch with someone to get a quote and finalize the scheduling. The day of, the technicians were also running late and it wasn't communicated with me until later within the time window. 2 weeks ago I called a few places to install a 65inch and a 55inch tv. The only place that called me back timely was TV Guys. The owner asked me a few questions of what I was looking for. Afterwards, he had me send him pictures of where I wanted the TV hung to ensure no surprises. 2 gentlemen came to my home. Extremely professional, engaging and paid attention to detail. They hung both TVs and even looked at a TV I hung myself in the bedroom and made adjustments to it. Lastly, they followed with a call and email to ensure I was satisfied. Didn't have a chance to use their service, but I called on Saturday (hours listed as 8a-8p) and was told I could have an appointment at 6p to have my tv mounted. This seemed great but 15 seconds later he said that there was going to be an after hours fee. This confused me because the hours are listed as 8a-8p, and my appointment was at 6p. I was then informed that the listed hours are the hours in which they answer calls, but their techs are only out for a fraction of the time. Personally I find that confusing and annoying, but the gentleman I spoke to didn't really seem to care. I went another direction and had a tech out in 1 hr, with no additional fees. Update: owner reached out to me, didn't change my experience but good business owner who care about his company, and I'm not one to hurt someone's business. read more

They'll take all your details, spend time planning your install, then blow you off, won't return calls, and end up not getting it done. We had 3 TVs going in with sound and are building a new house so it wasn't like it was a small job. Can't even imagine how they'd do if it was one tv. Total fail. Just moved into a new home where the builder refused to add power/cable/data mid way up the wall for TV mounting. Was pretty sure I would need to hire an electrician and then get TV mounting separate. Luckily for me, I called TV Guyz and talked to Billy. He reassured me that his team are all journeyman electricians and would do all of the work to code and get me all squared away with mounts and mounting service. The team came in and in pretty short order had 3 TVs wired up and mounted. The cables and boxes are all tucked neatly behind the TVs and everything is working amazing.
