Every company I contacted here just wanted to sell me a new alarm system and service, they said mine was too old. I even paid someone to come out here and all they did was insist on upgrading my entire system. They refused to install the key fob. I posted a reply on a YouTube video asking for help, because the video still didn't work. Zachary, from Best Security Systems, called me out of the blue offering to help me over the phone. We spent over an hour the next day going through the steps. Zachary was very patient and didn't even offer to charge me, but I gave him some money for his time. I also ordered some glass break detectors later and he walked me through installing them too. Excellent service! They never once tried to sell me a system or service I didn't need.
