My experience at this T-Mobile location was extremely disappointing, largely due to the store…read moremanager, Joshua. From the beginning, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to understand the situation, he repeatedly talked over me and shut down any attempt at explanation. It felt like he had already decided he didn't want to help before the conversation even started. When I asked reasonable questions and tried to clarify the issue, Joshua showed zero patience and made me feel like I was wasting his time. There was no empathy, no effort to de-escalate, and no willingness to look for solutions--just defensiveness and condescension. For someone in a management position, his lack of basic customer service skills was shocking. What made the experience worse was that nothing was actually resolved. Instead of offering options or clear explanations, I was brushed off and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. A store manager sets the tone for the entire location, and this interaction reflected very poorly on T-Mobile as a company. I expect professionalism, respect, and at least an attempt to help--especially from management. Unfortunately, this location failed on all fronts. I would strongly caution others before visiting this store Yes I have been a t mobile customer for 7 years , now I'm thinking of changing my phone provider , because of person like you that doesnt help or Value your customers.
