In March of 2021, my mother bought a new home and wanted to have the cylinders changed. A new (right out of high school) tech, Spencer, came out and did the job, it took him quite a while, but he finished and we thought that was that. Well fast forward a few months and my mom's dead bolt lock started to catch but it resolved itself each time. Now a year later, it locked her in again and would not come loose, so we called All Secure to fix it. They were so rude, couldn't make it out for almost a week, were going to charge $140 just to come out plus After Hours charge if she wanted it sooner then that, and wouldn't stand by their workmanship. We contacted another company and they were willing to match All Secure's trip pricing and was to her home in 15 minutes. Spencer failed to file down a piece of metal and the other tech was able to fix it very easily and charged a small service fee instead of $140. All Secure's customer service is extremely rude, insensitive, unkind, and Ben, the owner, is no better. My mother is a recent widow and they showed ZERO compassion for her situation or feelings. He has no integrity, and is more interested in the all mighty buck than he is in the quality and service his technicians provide. read more

The lock on our door wouldn't lock from the inside. I went to All Secure Lock & Security and they spent time explaining to me how this particular lock worked and how to fix it--no charge for their time and expertise. I went home and still couldn't get the lock apart and didn't want to break it. I called and they were able to come out that day and fixed it, even upgrading the lock to a higher quality. I brought in a replacement remote for a used Nissan I bought. They "programmed" the remote and then cut the physical key. I paid $60 and after I left I tested the remote and it didn't lock or unlock the doors. When I went back there tried to program it again but "it didn't take" I was told. This is the first time they told me programming is not guaranteed. So I paid them $60 and they cut the key which now I can't return. read more

On 10/23/2020 I had a set of car keys made here for an older Honda. The guys in the shop are great, which is where the 1 star comes from. I had 2 keys made, one for the car door and 1 for the ignition. The car was stranded at the airport. When we tried to use the door key on the car, it unlocked the door but it jammed and wouldn't come out of the car door. We figured we'd drive to the All Secure with the key in the door so they could help. Unfortunately the ignition key they made also did not work. Now we have an unlocked car stuck at the airport with a key in the door. I called All Secure and spoke to Rita, an owner, and told her the situation. She was not polite and yelled at me that there was nothing she could do, and that all her guys are out sick, maybe someone would be available on Thursday (today is Tuesday) and that she can't guarantee her shops work. According to their website, they are supposed to guarantee their work for 3 months, I guess that is a lie. Rita then told me to call another locksmith for help. I told her if there was any damage done to my door because of the stuck key, that I would be passing those charges along to All Secure, to which Rita became more belligerent. She yelled and screamed "What do you want me to do? Do you want me to send someone with Covid out? We have people that have tested positive! What do you want me to do?" I want her to guarantee her work as advertised. This is very unprofessional. I tried to offer options, I told her I'd wait until Thursday and meet her guy at the airport. She said I'd have to pay at least $80 for a service call. I told her I would try calling another locksmith to see if they could come and that I'd pass along any damage charges to her. Rita flipped out again. At this point I was tired of getting yelled at. I tried to offer solutions and all I got was an irate woman yelling at me that she doesn't guarantee their work. I was out of options so I told Rita that I would try another locksmith and collect any damages via small claims court. No surprise Rita screamed even more and started yelling unkind words. I said good bye and hung up, as I felt that we were not making any progress towards a solution, and I did not appreciate the yelling and unprofessional behavior from an owner. read more

Very satisfied with the service. Jerry Clarke showed up on time, with a mask and quickly determined the problem with our door lock which had broken and was locked shut. He explained everything as he worked. He was also very kind to my labradoodle who was very excited about finally getting this door open. These guys are lifesavers! My car was broken into and I thought they had broken something off in my ignition in an attempt to steal my car since my key would only go halfway in. The dealership quoted me $500 saying they would have to replace my entire ignition, so I looked into other options, and wanted a second opinion. They looked at my ignition and said that there was luckily nothing stuck inside of it, it had just somehow been jammed in the second position. They fixed it, made me a spare valet key and had me on my way in about 20 min, and charged me 25$. I just had the worst experience I've ever had with any company ever. I was promised the locksmith would come out to replace my locks by 9:00 a.m. I was told I would have to pay for the lock plus installation of $30. Period. No other costs were quoted. When the technician arrived, he said I would have to pay an additional service fee of $60. Bait and switch. Then, the technician went in his van for two hours and never came back. I called the store numerous times and they told me it would take as long as necessary. Meanwhile, I am missing work. It turns out that the "locksmith" couldn't put the lock together and that there were technical difficulties doing so with the lock. SERIOUSLY? You come to someone's residence and you don't have a working lock? Then you can't put it together? OMG. I should have known better after I ordered a specific key and they got the wrong one in and never offered to get me the right one. Never again! read more
