My experience at this T-Mobile location was extremely disappointing, largely due to the store manager, Joshua. From the beginning, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to understand the situation, he repeatedly talked over me and shut down any attempt at explanation. It felt like he had already decided he didn't want to help before the conversation even started. When I asked reasonable questions and tried to clarify the issue, Joshua showed zero patience and made me feel like I was wasting his time. There was no empathy, no effort to de-escalate, and no willingness to look for solutions--just defensiveness and condescension. For someone in a management position, his lack of basic customer service skills was shocking. What made the experience worse was that nothing was actually resolved. Instead of offering options or clear explanations, I was brushed off and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. A store manager sets the tone for the entire location, and this interaction reflected very poorly on T-Mobile as a company. I expect professionalism, respect, and at least an attempt to help--especially from management. Unfortunately, this location failed on all fronts. I went into T-mobile earlier today in hopes of finding a phone for my grandson as his birthday is soon and I knew he wanted a new one. I wasn't quite sure of what I should get him because I am not very tech-savvy! Elise and Nezley were both able to help me find exactly what I needed and walked me through the process of what they would recommend for storage and all that! I really appreciate them for the help today as I was clueless. Will definitely be asking for them next time i'm in and need help! read more

I visited this particular t-mobile store on 3/19/22 as I was planning on switching BACK to t-mobile after an unpleasant experience with Xfinity Mobile (note: cheaper isn't always the best route). That said, I was greeted by Nina who inquired to my reasons in being the store. I informed her I wished to switch back to t-mobile and she was ready to assist. That said, it took about 1/2 hour to just get my phone switched from Xfinity Mobile back to t-mobile and took a call to t-mobile support to finally get the issue resolved (my phone number did not want to port back over from Xfinity, despite doing all the proper steps). Throughout the entire process though, Nina was extremely pleasant and understanding. She defiinitely knows her stuff, so I'd highly recommend this particular t-mobile store. read more

I love this location. I received the best customer service ever today! Thanks to the Awesome sales representative Vanessa! I went there expecting a not so positive turnout and she really proved me wrong in every area of the T-Mobile store could give. VANESSA was knowledgeable on T-Mobile product,warrenty,sales, customer care, technical support. This was a tough phone situation for me and she didn't make me feel judged or uncomfortable at all . Where do I start? This is the first time I have ever written a bad review in 40 years. From the first time I walked into the store I was disappointed. The people working there either don't have the knowledge/training to do there job or they really don't care about their customers. Had to return to the store several times because my new phone wasn't working. The manager Mayra was very rude and very unprofessional. We asked several times to speak with the regional manager but either Mayra didn't relay the message or the regional manager could care less about taking care of their customers. My sister and I went in there this week and switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Vinay and Donnie helped us out and they were so awesome! We didn't know what we were doing and they walked us through it all. They took their time with us and made sure we knew everything about their service and our new phones. 0 Stars.. Employees at this store do not know what they are doing and do not care about the customer. I have been with T-mobile for 15 years and brought the rest of my family to them from Verizon on a Family plan.. Had to call T-Mobile directly to fix several bill issues. First, at the time, the Galaxy On5 phone was supposed to be free after bill credit, it was not and we had to beg T-mobile to add it and give us retro bill credits for it. Was told by the store we automatically get $10 back per line if we use less than 2gb of data and that it took "several bill cycles" to kick in. 5 months later we still aren't getting it. Was told by a T-mobile phone rep that we never opted in for it.. WE WERE NEVER TOLD WE HAD TO OPT-IN??? We were told we would AUTOMATICALLY get it and that it just took awhile to "kick in".. After begging and talking to a manager at T-Mobile HQ we were retroactively refunded 3 months worth as a compromise.. I do not recommend this store, and I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere when the phones are paid off. read more
