When I got Jared's number off Craigslist, I was excited with his original quote of $105 to install…read morewindows 7, upgrade my hard drive to 250 GB and possibly upgrade my GHz. He did come to my house to pick up the CPU at night which I thought was great. He did have my job completed in less than 24 hours. The computer is working great. I gave him $110 originally. He refunded me $5 as he was not able to upgrade the GHz. Sadly though he was only able to upgrade me to 160 GB as Microcenter was out of 250 GB hard drive for my specific computer. That happens. After going into Microcenter found that the difference between the two hard drives was $30 which was 30% of the job quoted. I never got that money back. I'm pleased with the workmanship and that my computer is running great ! The poor customer service in reference to the discrepancy about the missing 30% of the money I put up front is concerning. The job was not completed as we originally decided as well the price never changed.

I found Jared through Craigslist. I was a bit leery about calling someone that I didn't know much…read moreabout, but my old computer had crashed and I needed help. From the very start of talking to him over the phone, Jared put me at ease with his personability and knowledge about computers. He came over that afternoon and spent 2 hours working on my computer and trying to help me save my personal files. He even went home to get some additional equipment to help recover my hard drive. I was very impressed with his efforts. Unfortunately, the computer was beyond repair at that point and he wasn't able to fix it. He even offered to wave his fee because he wasn't able to fix it. We then talked about the option of him building me a new computer using new parts he would buy. Once I decided this was the route I was going to take, he was very quick in rebuilding the computer and even called me to tell me he was able to save all of my personal files and I would be able to access them on my new computer. When he delivered the computer, he set everything up for me and explained how to use my new computer. Again, I found him to be very personable, patient, and knowledgeable He did an amazing job for a reasonable cost building me an amazing new computer. The best part is that I can access all of my music, pictures, and documents from old hard drive as well as use it as a back-up hard drive in case my computer ever crashes again. Overall, I was very pleased with Jared's services. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of help with their computer.

My iPhone 6+ developed a problem during a recent business trip to Denver and I called and stopped…read moreby Cellairis in the Southwest Plaza Mall where I met Thomas the franchise owner. Thomas tried to fix my phone on the spot and even took it home overnight to try and revive it. The next day he called me and informed me that there was an issue on the motherboard that he could not fix but gave me a couple of suggestions on where I might send it - even offering to extract the board for shipment. I ended up picking it up and shipping it myself (in a box supplied by Thomas) and low and behold my phone is fixed and my data is saved, largely due to Thomas' guidance. This is the type of business owner that we need more of in the US - someone who cares about the customer more than their own bottom line! Kudos to Thomas, the franchise owner who is a great businessman.
