Problem was, the coverage was terrible for me. I had to use Wi-Fi calling in my home. If I was on the network, I always had to repeat things or ask people to repeat what they said. It made calls very frustrating. Also, you cannot speak to a human on the phone for support, you must chat via their website which takes three times as long to resolve issues since the agents don't pay attention. I'd have to repeat answers I already told them 2 times before. Really wish I could've stayed with them since they had the best price and features, but I need a reliable network and to be able to speak to agents as needed. As long as you can get a decent signal where you are, I'd highly recommend them.

The supervisor promised that the issue will be resolved. After spending an additional 30 minutes going back and foward with the same useless trouble shooting, the supervisor admitted that Visible system was the issue, and that she promised to resolve the issue. She the asked me if I could provide her with an alternative contact number as my bill due date was the next day. Nevertheless, I provided an alternative number to this supervisor who assured me that someone would contact me by 5 pm the next day. Well, you guessed it, I never heard from anyone after that correspondence. As a result, the service has been disrupted. It's been so for the past 3 days simply because Visible, or should I say "Invisible" system prevented me from doing so. This experience has been the worst I've experienced in the 25 years of cellular existence. They completely abandoned me. Not giving one damn.. just completely blew me off. I advise any one who has a relationship with Invisible to examine them closely and weigh your options. You would think that they would at least prevent disruption of my service, until the issue was resolved.. Classless to say the least! By the way, I made screen shots of all correspondence. I will contact Verizon corporate and the media next week. You see, Im a advocate for consumers. So for all who are suffering with the frustration of Invisible services, real help is on the way!
