I just want to say this company only wants to scam customers' money. I signed up for their portable WiFi before. Their sales promised I only needed a one-month free trial,no extra activation required. I could just send it back anytime if I didn't want it. I already sent the device back to their warehouse long ago, yet they refused to refund me for months. They even tried to charge me $218.30 for the device. I spent two whole hours dealing with them, and they only gave back 200 dollars, still withholding the remaining 18.30. I talked to their manager,who only made excuses saying the refund would just be delayed. I waited a whole week and still got nothing. I am extremely furious. I have followed up many times but they still refuse to return the full amount. This company is absolutely terrible,they only care about taking customers' money. I called customer service today,and they lied straight out saying the leftover amount was tax and cannot be refunded at all. Such a shameless and awful company. read more

I came in because I'm afraid of porch pirates stealing a phone if I get it delivered. I had little to no expectations. I came out with a smile and so much knowledge. I used to work in retail before and can pick up how people work. Richard, sir thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. explained everything to myself and my husband. asked all the questions so he knew how exactly to set us up with the correct plan/ correct phone/and perks. if you're tired of getting multiple answers over the phone. drive yourself to this shop. everything will be explained, not trying to sell you things you don't need. After dealing with previous issues that corporate Verizon stores left me with I decided to give this store a try. CJ was extremely kind, understanding, knowledgeable and efficient. This guys knows his stuff. He listened to the issue I had, offered multiple solutions while explaining each one thoroughly, an upgrade on my phone and a better price on my bill while getting me out of the store in under 2hrs. I understand that the hiring pool is dismal in Colorado - however, Verizon must be scraping the bottom of the barrel. I entered this store yesterday - it was empty. After explaining to Preston that I had a medical condition that makes masks difficult - would he mind if I handled this transaction "maskless" - He agreed and we continued. Midway through the transaction, two young girls came out from the back -triggered by my maskless face, they demanded I put on a mask -I explained my medical condition and the Colorado Executive order which makes exceptions for conditions like mine - I asked for the girls names, and was told that I couldn't have them - as a matter of privacy. For the purpose of this review, I will identify them as Unibrow and Ferdinand. In order to calm Unibrow and Ferdinand, I contacted Verizons Customer service who said they could take the upgrade order over the phone and I could simply pick up the phones. I told the girls that I thought I had a solution - which only seemed to trigger Unibrow more -- because she then told me that I was being denied service (which is well within their rights just not a good business maneuver) - AS two police officers walked in the door, apparently called from the back room by either Unibrow or Ferdinand- This, is unacceptable. This Verizon location has unfortunately chosen to give control to two young women that clearly are incapable of handling it. The owner should know this - If he didn't then, he does know - Their little control move cost Verizon a 14 year relationship - Probably longer than either one of these two maskholes last - Good Luck - You're gonna need it. read more

I just want to shout out to the customer service I received at this Verizon store last week. I lost my phone while on vacation in Mexico and needless to say, it was kind of a nightmare. I ordered a replacement through my insurance and when it arrived I had trouble activating it on my own. I went to this store toward the end of their hours and Donavan helped me. He was super professional, well-dressed, friendly, and most importantly, he fixed my issue. It was more complex than we realized bc insurance sent a faulty SIM card. He called into tech support and kept a smile and great attitude the whole time. When an issue came up, he found a way to solve it. I felt like no one was helping me with anything through the process of the lost phone, which also had my driver's license and credit card in it. This guy was the exception to the shitty service we are all enduring these days. THANK YOU!!!!! read more
