About 4 years ago I switched by business line service from the traditional line to VOIP. I went to a 'large company.' While they were a good carrier, when it came to customer service things TOOK forever. I could call or chat and I would have to give them 6 verifying pieces of info to even get my issue started much less solved. About a year ago I switched to NerdPhone after meeting them at an agent conference. I have direct access to their tech team via email, text, and a DIRECT phone #. No social security numbers, secret pass codes or DNA samples needed to get my questions answered! I have enough tech knowledge "to be ninja dangerous" but I'm not a programmer. Colin has been an awesome resource including quick responses to emails and voicemails. NerdPhone also has mobile apps to work with your business system as well as free texting so your clients can text direct to your office phone without getting your personal cell number. I've been using nerd phone for my insurance agency since 2015. These guys are true PROFESSIONALS!! I was with an overpriced, non VOIP company before, and let me tell you flat out, there is NO comparison. You buy the phones upfront, and then your monthly service fee is extremely reasonable, somewhere around $20 per month, per user. It might even be less, honestly. But that's not why I'm with them. I'm with them because they make you feel valued and HEARD. Anytime you have a concern or inquiry, their support/sales specialist Colin Maher is always available via email or phone. And when he's not available, he puts an auto reply on his email that lets you know he'll get back to you shortly so you're it left wondering if your request is in outer space. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for NERD PHONE! I have been using NerdPhone for a few years now, I was referred to them from a fellow insurance agent. I switched from Comcast and I will never look back. The phones are seamless, easy, and dependable. We have 5 handsets with one phone number and each person can be on the phone at the same time - we don't have to worry about a busy signal or anything. Absolutely Love NerdPhone. Phil and Colin are the best. I switched years ago and have had no issues with moving locations, or tech support. I love the ease of the phone functions. It is also very handy to have the functionality of working from home with out anyone knowing. I have the same phone at home as we have in the office so I'm able to transfer calls to other staff members, pick up calls, and make out going calls. One of my favorite functions is the ability to transfer to my cell phone when I need to get to my next appointment and the client on the phone still needs a little more explanation. read more

We can chat, talk, conference call with clients, transfer calls between locations, play custom hold music to customers, and get our voicemails in our emails...
