For a while I had a good deal with AT&T that got me that slow internet for $20 a month, and for that, I could live with the buffering. Once it went up to the normal price of $59 a month, though, WITH additional $10 or $20 charges for when we went over the data cap, I lost patience. That drove me to look for a new ISP, and I couldn't be happier with Netwood. Now I pay $65 a month for unlimited data at a download speed of 10mbps+ (as opposed to the 2.5mbps that I had with AT&T). When I called AT&T to cancel, the best they could offer to try to keep my business was 6mbps at about $30 a month for a year. And then, of course, the price would shoot up again, and I'd have to keep calling... I'd much rather pay a straightforward, no-BS monthly fee and get a faster connection to boot. I don't know if your speeds or charges will be the same, because I think it varies based on location and business v. residential use (mine is residential), but I do know that Netwood warrants a call or email. In my experience, Bonnie responds to connectivity requests (http://netwood.net/data-connectivity-request-form.php) and emails VERY quickly, so it won't take long before you know whether they can help you out. For your sake, I hope they can!

I sought an alternative after a HORRIBLE experience with AT&T, and, have been so happy to have found Netwood. I've also employed their services for web design and site maintainance, again, speed, service...SATISFACTION !!!

After about a year now I can can honestly tell you that there really is a difference in service compared to some of the other company's I've dealt with. First and foremost; they answer the phone when I call. Believe it or not, it is a real-live human being too. I've had outages in the past were I simply could not get through to anyone. I had no idea what was going on. That is simply not acceptable to me. With Tierzero, I can call them and they are already looking into the problem and offer to call me back with a status update. I had one instance where they actually called me to let me know that they've fixed a problem before I even know I had a problem. I've recently moved all of my phone service over to Tierzero. So far the service has been great. I sat down with their engineers and came up with the best solution for my needs and installation was effortless. I have complete confidence in the Tierzero team and would recommend their service to anyone.

Tierzero's slogan is "no hassle phone and data service" but it has been a hassle since day one. Why am I paying THREE HUNDRED dollars a month for 3 mbps up/down when Time Warner can give me 7 for only $90 a month? Because I have a more reliable connection? Nope. Because I receive superior customer service? Nope. Because I was a fool to sign a two-year contract with this awful company who made false promises? YEP. I hate this contract. We are flushing a lot of money down the drain every single month. Spare yourself the frustration. Oh - and if your office happens to move 5 miles away, you have the pleasure of paying a previously-undisclosed $750 move fee, plus pay up the a** for the data on a temporary router they provide for the month it takes them to set it up. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know.

Hard. Pass…read more I got involved with them because I was under the impression I had no other choice in my building. Took about a week to get an appointment. No one would call me back. I emailed, called, filled out their form- nothing. I eventually emailed a "project manager" and got a response. He set my appointment up for Monday (this was Friday). Monday was Labor Day- but okay, I don't know how they operate. I emailed Monday morning for a heads up on when I could expect them. That's when I was notified that they aren't working because of the holiday. Had I not emailed, I would have been waiting all day. It was rescheduled for the next day (Tuesday) and I was told I would hear from their tech in the morning. Morning came and went- I emailed and received a call about an hour later from another rep. He said the tech was ON HIS WAY and would give me a call within a half hour to let me know when he would be here. 2 hours later- I heard nothing. So I had to follow up. Thats the theme with siteserver- you have to follow up. They won't. Hours later, I heard from the tech. He didn't bring everything he needed to set up service (why wouldn't you?!) so he had to come back the next day. We made an appointment for 8am. I showed up and was ready at 8am, but- as I anticipated- tech was a no show. I had to call him several times and eventually he picked up, gave me some lame excuse and was "on his way". An hour later he finally showed up. I honestly hope nothing ever goes wrong with my service. It will take waaaaay too much work to get someone out here from my previous experience. I spent so much time chasing them down, I should have sent them an invoice. The tech also left my wall open. I called to try and get him to come back and fix it. But he didn't pick up or return my message (surprise surprise!) so, did it myself. Thanks siteserver! By the way, it was like pulling teeth to get my service set up but they sent me my first bill REAL quick!!! I had service for about 10 mins before that bill came rolling in. Of course, it wasn't what we had discussed so I had to do MORE WORK to contact someone and get it changed to something closer to what we talked about. Got stuck with their inflated cost modem. $50 modem for $75 even though I had one sitting here for the tech to use- literally the exact same one they gave me. So, not sure why we couldn't use that one ‍‍

When they arrived to do the installation, I could hardly believe how fast they completed the job, and how thoroughly they covered up their work (and they also cleaned up the unsightly sprawl of cables left by the cable TV and satellite TV installers long ago).
