I am paying for 1 Gig internet and consistently receiving around 90 Mbps download speeds. That is…read morenot even remotely close to what I am paying for. I contacted customer service multiple times and instead of troubleshooting the issue properly, I was repeatedly told that I "have to use their router." That is simply not true. Customers are allowed to use their own compatible routers. Being told otherwise felt dismissive and misleading. I requested that a technician come out to check or replace the modem since the service clearly is not performing as advertised. I was then told I would have to pay $150 for a technician visit. Why should I pay to fix equipment or service that is not delivering what I am already paying for? On top of that, customer service was extremely frustrating. Communication was difficult, and resolving anything felt impossible. There was no ownership of the issue and no real attempt to fix the problem. After this experience, I have decided to switch providers. I would strongly recommend researching other options before signing up. The speeds have not matched the advertised service, and the customer support experience has been very disappointing.

They sent another tech came patched some of the holes w/ putty, assuring it would be covered by Frontier. However the drywall holes weren't completely sealed or patched. Then they sent me a $150 bill for the second tech. After numerous phone calls, chats, and a damage claim, nothing was resolved. I'm still left with holes in my wall, risk of moisture and termite, and a bill, and several hours wasted.

Brian came to meet with us, look at the house and property layout, and suggest various options. Recognizing and appreciating the home's age and historical significance, he proceeded to provide recommendations that would avoid or minimize drilling into the concrete walls and hard wood floors as well as keep the wiring out of sight. The Simply Wired team was amazing! They first focused on troubleshooting the phone landline and ports and found various fixes that needed to be made including up on the roof at the entry point of the phone service line. Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. The Simply Wired team was professional, responsive, thorough, and clean throughout the entire job. We have worked with other contractors over the years in various fields where the service and quality were lacking, but working with Brian and Ramon was an absolute delight, and I highly recommend Simply Wired.

I spec'd out datacenter grade CAT6A and associated components. Brian's work is very high quality and he was very flexible and always listened to exactly what I wanted. And trust me, I was VERY specific, as I'm an IT Pro/Blogger. I'm VERY hard to please, and I was very happy with the work. I wanted my wiring closet to look like a work of art, and it does! While I connected and labeled the patch cables myself, his home run keystone runs were exceptionally tidy. I would hire him in a second for any future drops.
