He was so helpful. My husband and I were both needing to upgrade our phones and he explained everything about the options we had. It was easy to make a decision with his knowledge. We also bought a plethora of accessories and he brought options (if there were any) for each of us to choose from. That was true customer service. Sandeep in my opinion went above and beyond helping us. We spent a good amount of change at the T-Mobile store. He made us feel like we made good informed choices and we don't regret any of them 24 hours later. We are so happy with our new phones and all the fun stuff to go with them. I also need to get my mother's phone updated as well and I will be making sure we make an apt with Sandeep. Sandeep is a perfect example of what every customer service rep should be! I have been with this company for 30 years and have never had this poor of customer service. He did not want to transfer anything over to my new phone. He said that I had to sit there and basically set up because he had me connected to store Wi-Fi and try to transfer over things on my own. I asked for the manager, and he basically supported this poor behavior of this employee. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed. I was able to walk into another store, and the salesperson got me all set up. It seems like T-Mobile customer service has gone way done in this store and management supports terrible work ethic.

I canceled my Xfinity service after months of unresolved billing issues. My internet bill was…read moreconsistently much higher than the quoted monthly price, and no one could clearly explain why. I was also charged over $400 for an Xfinity Mobile account that I never activated or used. Although Xfinity acknowledged the account issue, I was never refunded the money I was charged. After countless calls, chats, and time spent trying to resolve it, I was simply told it was too late to issue a refund. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I hope Xfinity improves its billing practices and customer service so other customers don't have to go through the same thing.
