AMAZING "TOUCHLESS" REPAIRS DURING THE ZOMBIE COVID APOCALYPSE!…read more Vasif is the best! I needed a new battery in my Macbook pro, and it happens to be one of those models that makes the battery really annoying to remove. Apple Store wanted my machine for a week. I called three other repair places -- they wanted my computer for at least three days. Not cool. Vasif came to my house, replaced it while I hung out, and charged me a tiny fraction of what the bigger shops quoted me. So I gave him my wife's macbook, which had basically exploded in some tragic travel accidents. He took it home, ran some checks, replaced a couple of parts... and then sanitized it and dropped it on my porch, BETTER than it had been post-explosion, for a ridiculously low price. Screw the Apple Store or Nerd Squad or whatever -- support a good local dude who does everything better, faster, and cheaper than anybody else in town. And he picks up and delivers everything personally.

Wow this place is great! I will only get my computers from here especially as a remote worker!…read more Our small business is going fully remote so we need a robust printer but we didn't need a month to month contract for a printer. I like getting things used and the office furniture place nearby recommended action. They had exactly what I needed! However, when I brought the printer home I needed the admin information. I called Action computers to see if they could help me, and at first they said they didn't do printer services and that they couldn't contact who they got it from to get the admin info. I was pretty upset - why sell printers if you can't help? But then I got in touch with Jeff who cleared up that misunderstanding and they definitely do help with printers! Their tech was able to configure it to do a factory reset and have it print wirelessly. When I get it back home they can also remote in and help me if I can't get it set up on the network right. Amazing! I had contacted another printer agency that wanted to charge me $37.80 for every 15 minutes to help me - action computer folks are far more friendly and affordable. They really do care. I brought in some of my kids' old laptops and they bought a few abs recycled the others. I'm so glad I have a reliable tech place to get equipment and troubleshoot now that I work from home full time and don't have a tech department, I have to do everything myself, and I can, with action computer's help!! Thanks Jeff and team!
