I am so happy I found F1. I have a computer that wouldn't start one morning and I tried contacting the business had previously done some work for me and they never returned emails or phone calls. I started looking through Yelp for a good Computer Repair Business and I found F1. Alex was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and provided a a couple of solutions. I ended up going with a new computer case. It took about a week to get the case ordered and my computer rebuilt. Talk about a fast turn around. I almost never write reviews, but I had to for their service. I had a laptop keyboard go bad and they gave me an estimate to repair it. When the keyboard came in and I took my laptop in for the repair, my laptop had a different keyboard that was much more expensive than the estimate, so I decided not to get the laptop fixed. F1 Systems did not charge me anything for the time they spend with the laptop - I don't think many repair shops would have done that. VERY NICE! They were extremely prompt on all communications and very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them. read more

He was very clear about the possibility that my laptop may have met its life expectancy but also that he thought he could fix it quickly and fairly easily. I read the reviews on Yelp about F1-Systems and Warren, and although I do a lot of PC work myself, I wasn't about to tackle a laptop with no display. Stopped in F1-Systems and talked with Warren about the problem and he gave me several suggestions that I hadn't thought of. After exhausting the possibilities I left the PC with him and 2 days later he determined it was a bad motherboard. He gave me an estimate to repair it but since this was an extended warranty claim he said I'd be better off looking for a similar used PC and just swapping my SSD drive into it as opposed to replacing the motherboard. Long story short, I was super impressed with his knowledge, helpfulness, and honesty about the repair issue. And I enjoyed talking with him about "the good old days" of computers. Super nice guy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warren to anyone. read more

I had an issue with my hard drive and knew my computer was most likely in critical condition. I looked online and decided to try F1 Systems to help me ASAP with my issue. Alex was extremely helpful and I believe saved my computer from total extinction. He gave me different options and was adamant about me making the best decision regarding my options. This was a breath of fresh air as businesses tend to be dead set on selling you something. In the end, I decided to go with F1 repairing my computer instead of buying a new computer and loading it with data from my backup that he somehow recovered. i am so sold on f1 systems. i have used them about 3 times, twice working with alex and one time with warren. these guys are fantastic and know computers inside and out. i just worked with alex today and since they cannot do house calls because of covid-19, our session was by remote control. alex solved my problem and actually has saved me money. the cost of this session was very reasonable and well worth the money. i just can't say enough good things about this company. i will always call them if i have a computer problem for i know it will be solved fairly and at a fair price.. thank you alex and warren. jean m. greenwood, superior, colorado read more

I used F 1 Systems for the first time yesterday. Just moved here from Florida where I had a great technician for 14 years, so I was very apprehensive trying a new Company for the first time. Alex came to the house and within an hour had diagnosed and fixed the problems I had with viruses etc. My computer is running much faster, pop-ups have gone but most of all I really liked Alex. I am 85 years old but he treated me like I was a computer literate, intelligent woman. He explained in detail what was going on with my computer, patiently answered all my questions and I feel very pleased to have found a company that really strives to take good care of its customers. These guys are great! Alex was so helpful and informative! My 2 year old Dell laptop HD was all but dead and Alex was able to replace it quickly! Luckily I don't keep much data on the hard drive itself, but Alex did his absolute best to verify I wouldn't lose anything (multiple times, even)! The price was more than fair, they are local and the work was done quickly! What more can you ask for, really?! This was my first experience with a computer virus, and I was glad that Nick(the manager) seemed confident that he could get to the root of the problem. At first, this place seemed great. I took my computer in because it was not turning on and they gave me a diagnosis that seemed like it made complete sense and I ended up buying a new laptop because the repair cost estimate was around $400 anyways. Turns out the diagnosis was totally wrong. My boyfriend, whose only training has come from YouTube, found and fixed the problem in about a half an hour. Don't waste your money. read more
