Wow this place is great! I will only get my computers from here especially as a remote worker!…read more Our small business is going fully remote so we need a robust printer but we didn't need a month to month contract for a printer. I like getting things used and the office furniture place nearby recommended action. They had exactly what I needed! However, when I brought the printer home I needed the admin information. I called Action computers to see if they could help me, and at first they said they didn't do printer services and that they couldn't contact who they got it from to get the admin info. I was pretty upset - why sell printers if you can't help? But then I got in touch with Jeff who cleared up that misunderstanding and they definitely do help with printers! Their tech was able to configure it to do a factory reset and have it print wirelessly. When I get it back home they can also remote in and help me if I can't get it set up on the network right. Amazing! I had contacted another printer agency that wanted to charge me $37.80 for every 15 minutes to help me - action computer folks are far more friendly and affordable. They really do care. I brought in some of my kids' old laptops and they bought a few abs recycled the others. I'm so glad I have a reliable tech place to get equipment and troubleshoot now that I work from home full time and don't have a tech department, I have to do everything myself, and I can, with action computer's help!! Thanks Jeff and team!

This is definitely the best Mac repair place in Denver…read more I needed a logic board repair for my 2010 MacBook Pro, and I called another local shop and they told me they would have to mail it out of state and that it would be 395 minimum for board level soldering. But then I heard about Apple Rescue and brought it in where they immediately knew they problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. A few days later and they repaired everything perfectly, even fixing a couple problems I was unaware of. And most importantly, they did it for significantly less than any other shop had quoted me. Now my Macbook is running like new. I'm very glad I brought it here!

Help me make this make sense:…read more I purchased a GE® ENERGY STAR 4.8 cu. ft. Capacity Smart Front Load ® Washer with UltraFresh Vent System with OdorBlock™ and Sanitize w/Oxi in May 2022. Now in December 2025 the machine stopped working. It has a 10-year warranty so I called GE for service. I was told I would have to pay a trip charge of $115. When the tech arrived, I was told that the 10-year warranty only applied to the motor. The motherboard had malfunctioned on my machine, not the motor. Now that would cost $360. The motherboard I purchased has a 5-year warranty and 30-day service warranty. Here is what makes no sense to me: If the motherboard has a 5-year warranty now that I have paid to replaced it, why did the original motherboard only last 3 years, not 5 years? Make this make sense
