I needed a new battery in my Macbook pro, and it happens to be one of those models that makes the battery really annoying to remove. Apple Store wanted my machine for a week. I called three other repair places -- they wanted my computer for at least three days. Not cool. Vasif came to my house, replaced it while I hung out, and charged me a tiny fraction of what the bigger shops quoted me. So I gave him my wife's macbook, which had basically exploded in some tragic travel accidents. He took it home, ran some checks, replaced a couple of parts... and then sanitized it and dropped it on my porch, BETTER than it had been post-explosion, for a ridiculously low price. Screw the Apple Store or Nerd Squad or whatever -- support a good local dude who does everything better, faster, and cheaper than anybody else in town. And he picks up and delivers everything personally.

They hold true to the free diagnostic they advertise.My hard drive was going bad and he had the best price in colorado(trust me i called everyone). He backed up all my info so i didn't lose anything. I called Al ( ABC Denver Computer Repair) and he listened to my issue with my laptop. I was prepared to drop off my laptop so he would work on it. I did not need to drop it off. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right there on the spot quickly and professionally. He is knowledgeable and fair. He charged exactly he quoted. I would most definitely refer anyone to Al. Thank goodness for Geek Street Computers. A tiny independent shop that has good karma and good smells radiating from it. Besides repairing computers, they also sell used PCs and laptops, as well as computer components.The shop is fair in its repair prices and retail goods but you definitely get more than you pay for. The staff is some of the brightest and kindest I have met in my adventures in Geekdom, neither being dopey nor elitist. My only complaint stems from a miscommunication I had with the owner over a repair. While the details are not important, he still tried to make it up to me both in advice and in supplies. So whether you have a destroyed Dell or a mangled Mac, bring it on in. Oh, and avoid the 2600 block of south Broadway if you are a minority with a broken computer.

rip off. they used cheap/wrong parts to repair my phone it lasted a day. I also paid to over night…read morethe parts so I could pick it up after the next day and they closed half way through the day with no word so I paid to over night the parts for no reason. when confronted with this they refused to admit they were at fault and refused to do anything to correct the situation. All of this was right before the holidays last year when money is tight after their faulty repair I ended having to go three months without a phone which greatly impacted my work. Thanks for nothing your doing a great job of teaching that younger dude on how take peoples money and rip them off. Also all their good reviews on google are 100% just their friends and family. These guys are crooks take your business somewhere else.
