But that ram,memory, gigs is really all a bunch of stuff I dont understand and usually have to ask friends and coworkers for thier advice and really on Google. But one thing I will tell you is this place has came up in conversation I've had with places like Office depot, Staples and Best Buy, in the last couple of years. So we were in need of a stand for my wife's 3d printer and really didn't want to wait for one online. Even though it was on the other side of town from where we live I felt it was worth the drive to check it out. It is located off of S. 225 and past Parker Rd sorry I cant remember the exit. But if you live south you'll know the area. When we pulled in the parking lot we could already see the large amount of foot traffic walking up to the store. And when we walked in it was like Wow ,ok so this is what they've been talking about. I couldn't even tell you how many aisles they are. But I will keep this some what short. If you need something for a computer and I don't think it matters what kind they probably have it here! I saw brands that are common in the laptop section, acer, hp,apple and the such. Numerous departments/ sections. Television, gaming, home security/security, byo computer, parts and so much more that wouldn't even know what I was looking at. And there seemed to be plenty of associates able and willing to help you. And as far as thier returns policy we explained our problem we were having with my wife's 3d printer as we were trying to set it up as a birthday present i got her and it wouldn't work and the associate told us to bring it back and we'll give you another one, unfortunately I didn't buy it there and will probably have to wait for one to be Shipped to us. So to try and cut to the chase if you are really into this kind of thing this is your place sure the regular stores will get you any of your everyday stuff but if you want to really get into the specifics and specialty items ,this is your store. It took a minute to be checked in. Another 5 minutes after the appointment time to have my technician come over. I ran the diagnostics they asked and made a back up prior. Another 5 minutes, they had my iPhone, ready to replace my battery. He said to return around noon. We returned a few minutes passed noon, took longer to check in. The technician that took my phone recognized us fortunately and he said he would let them know we were on site. A few minutes later, they were handing my phone to me with a new battery.

Those tables with chairs were full. A runner brought out our IPads in boxes to our sales person. Our sales persons was nice & he asked us if we wanted to purchase a Care Plan & IPad covers. (The covers were very expensive & they only had three colors available.) And that was it. We were so disappointed that they don't transfer & setup the new IPads. Just a purchase with no service. Gosh, if we knew that we could have just gone to another store much closer & saved the hour wait time. I am then told that the supplier cancelled the order without their knowledge so I wait another two days an email follows with we need to have you again come in with your laptop so they can figure out what type of screen they need to order and I am then told that it may require even more money to secure the screen from the manufacturer. I honestly can tell you as a business owner who owns several businesses in multiple states this was some of the worst communication and improper customer service I have ever received. I travel frequently and I was able to have the complete laptop repaired and returned in 2 days so I would not recommend this company to anyone since I have over 30 laptops in my companies, and I will just have to go elsewhere and lastly they did not even offer an apology so I quess the management team has changed since the last time I visited this location.

I've already notified the district manager, Josh Mechum, about how poorly this was handled. For contrast, I drove to the Best Buy in Aurora, and they accepted the microwave for recycling immediately with zero issues. That's how a store that values customers should operate.
