Lesson learned. Once I got through, I was connected to the Lone Tree customer service who said they didn't know the info and couldn't transfer me directly to the store. The clerk Sharon helping me chewed me out even though I showed her the text stating it only says to bring your state ID. Like literally yelling at me in the store with other people around.
