This store is excellent. I highly recommend it if you're in the market for a used computer…read more Hardware becomes obselete ridiculously fast. This is a great way to get excellent computers without paying $1000. I bought two laptops from them: one for my wife for home use, and one for me for work. I am a Software Consultant, so you can imagine that I use every bit of processing and memory all day. My work PC is outstanding and exceeds my expectations. This isn't a big corporate manufacturer or retail. It's an independently-owned small, local business. For too many reasons to list, it's much better to deal with a real person in a brick and mortar location than trying to buy computers online. Adam knows his stuff and is patient and helpful in explaining it. He is honest and his prices are competitive. He constantly updates his inventory online, so you know what he has. He also stands behind his products with a 90 day hardware guarantee, which is key. Before you drop a grand, (or significantly more) on a laptop or gaming PC, you owe it to yourself to come in and check out the same computers for a fraction of the price.

I prefer dealing with independant/owner operated businesses instead of the Big Box computer repair centers. Corey just really seems to care. Any future issues i have with my computer systems i will have Professional Computer Services work on. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those glowing testimonials. I brought in a completely functional computer with a minor charging issue. A week later, at my scheduled pickup time, I got back a disassembled pile of laptop parts and a completely non-functioning motherboard. The computer was entirely unusable. I got conflicting information about what happened. One tech told me my motherboard was "fried," while Dylan said it was an issue with the charging processors. He also said it had burn marks from being over-volted. I never got a straight explanation for what actually happened to my computer. Dylan then agreed to order and install a replacement motherboard at a discounted price, but over the following weeks, my requests for updates or an ETA were met with poor (or no) communication. Dylan completely ghosted me a few days before the deadline I gave him for when I needed my computer fixed. To top it off, the shop kept my charger, which I use for other devices. I asked for it back the day I left the shop, and yet I had to continually follow up and ask repeated times for him to finally return it three weeks later. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but this was a really bad, unprofessional experience and a huge waste of time. I got none of what I was promised. Please be wary of bringing your computer here.
