Matt again served me well. I had purchased a desktop computer from him five years ago at a very good price. I just had to take it back in for some updates and cleaning. He suggested getting another one to replace mine since by now it was outdated. He again gave me a very good price and transferred all my data over to the new one. Had previously purchased my battery and just needed it to be put in.. Took approximately 15 minutes ( and I had my iphone tempered glass replaced ). Quick service and very reasonable priced. Hard drive crashed. At first thought everything was lost. To make a long story short, hard drive replaced. Then after working on it, everything was transferred. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do this is where I will take any computer related item. And the price was reasonable and well with it. read more

He diagnosed my problem in no time, provided very transparent pricing, finished the job early, and he actually installed better parts than I brought in. I've been taking my PC into A+ Computer for years, but only when I've got severe problems and today was no exception. I've built my own PC several times so I kind of know what I'm doing, but building a PC from scratch can be easier than diagnosing a problem. Today I was Upgrading an old IBM I7 With a new video card and power supply. My problem was that I wasn't getting a signal on the monitor, which didn't make any sense with the new video card. So I took it in to A+ Computer and within only a couple minutes my bad motherboard was diagnosed. I received several options to include using my parts in another used computer. Making that choice pivoted on my purpose, and how it was going to be used. I chose one of three recommended used computers and reusing my C: Drive there was very little software reconfiguration required. I happily walked out of the store with a newer, faster, and inexpensive replacement computer. Most impressive was the expertise, knowledge and craftsmanship used to solve my problem, not the least of which was the honesty provided to help make the best choice. read more

I went into the this store after going to another place after they told me a bunch of random stuff like that I needed a new copy of windows and they didn't even test it and I felt completely blown off at that other store but this store tested it and found out that it's just a power supply issue and that's all even tested it and let me play a game to make sure that it didn't freeze or crash and made sure it wasn't anything else I completely recommend going to this store and getting anything you need fixed he's completely honest about pricing, best repair stop in Parker maybe even in Colorado I'd say. read more

When I came in with a laptop I thought might be beyond hope, he was knowledgeable and reassuring and put my mind at ease that he could repair it, which was much cheaper than buying a new laptop! Not only was the technical advice fantastic, but the honesty and integrity was truly impressive. I brought in a Mac to repair, and was presented with multiple options. Other repair shops had given me one option and it would've cost $$$$. Matt presented options that were more practical to what I needed at 1/3rd the cost. It wasn't in A+'s best interest financially, but it was in my best interest for what I needed. Could not recommend A+ more and I will take all of my tech repairs to them first. It should be A plus, plus, plus. A Plus Computer Repairs is the only store of numerous repair stores in the town of Parker that immediately addressed my urgent problem. My cell phone battery was bulging and pushed the back cover right out from the back of the phone. This is dangerous. Matt is very knowledgeable and I am giving him all my future computer needs. Matt not only replaced the battery for a fair price he installed a screen protector since ours was kind of worn. He always goes above and beyond.
