It was our busy season and a regular work day. I reached my team and the boss to alert them to the issues. I then 'winged it' using my cell phone and old fashion pen & paper. That afternoon I went down to Microcenter and ordered a new computer set up. Now let me share, I am somewhat tech savvy. I know a little about a little. However, computers aren't my passion. People are. I was struggling to get all the bells and whistles to cooperate. I honestly wanted to throw it out my 7th floor Juliet balcony! Not only did he fix my software issues, but also my web camera, my printer issues and physical cords, and a few other things. Did I mention that he makes house-calls? Talk about excellent value!!!
