I was able to get an appointment through my cell phone service; unfortunately, this facility did not have the part I needed for my phone. The employee was very helpful and let me know what I would need to do to get my phone serviced. I had to call the other stores to check whether they had the part I needed, and I had to get my provider to transfer the work order to the new store. At least now I know the process! read more

They were wonderful at this location. Kind, super knowledgeable and so professional! I repaired a laptop myself and needed another set of eyes to see where one last cable connected and they helped me with it. The kindness and generosity for sharing their knowledge is priceless. read more

Terrible customer service. "Appointments" mean nothing because it's off a walk in basis. I scheduled a repair through Verizon and went in at the "scheduled time" and this worthless place tells me it won't be ready for over 24 hours? Avoid like the plague. Also, they lied when replying stating they said it would be done in the same day. They said "appointments don't meant anything. We've had 20 walk in today who got here before you. It's a three hour repair but it won't be ready until TOMORROW at 3." Stay away. Go anywhere else. I GOT MY PHONE REPLACED FROM VERIZON BEFORE THIS PLACE COULD FIX A CHARGING PORT. read more

Sometimes better lucky than good. After struggling with a my Samsung S22 failing to power up in it's wireless stand, I took it in to uBreakiFix only to find that (two weeks before getting on an international flight) its battery was starting to expand within its case. This pushed the phone far enough way from the charger to fail to charge. After the battery was removed and replaced, I've had no problems with it since. I'm especially relieved that I wasn't halfway across the Atlantic if it had ruptured. read more

Don't go there, every employee says sleeving different when it comes to your service and repairing your phone,. About whether or not they can honor the Samsung warranty when Samsung sent me there, how long it takes to repair. Went there 3 times in q day each time i for different stories, only went back because ssung called them and said yes they do the repairs for them though warranty. Obviously they don't want bugs ess they just want people to pay out of pocket. Worst place ever to fix your phone. I do Highly recommend. Even if they mess up they make it right, done a lot of buisness with them they even gave me a loaner computer for my son. Unfortunately they do not have a Contract with samsung. Great service. Very speedy and friendly. I will definitely come back the next time I drop my phone while I am walking.

James, "the manager" was very unprofessional with me on the phone and refused me any services on my business laptop that they worked on for over a week. I was told by another store because the warranty was through Aurora Ubreakifix that my current store was unable to fix it. I completely wasted my time driving all the way to aurora to just be given any decent customer service. I do not recommend this location again because they bothered my voicemail with two phone calls regarding my pin, in which I clearly wrote down on a receipt. This was the worst experience I've ever had at ubreakifix and I'm a longtime customer of 10 years. read more

They fixed our Nintendo switch charging port! Me and my kids tried to find a place to fix it for almost 6 months over 3 different states without being successful, apparently to fix the charging port special equipment is needed, unfortunately, not many places have it. I've brought a phone that wouldn't turn on and a shattered iPad here for repairs. It's always a quick and easy process to drop off, clear communication, reasonable pricing and good turnaround. read more

Extremely disappointed by my recent experience. I visited uBreakiFix's website to provide information about my console, which was more of a hobby console, and I didn't mind the repair time. Upon arriving at the store, I mentioned that I had already submitted my details online, thinking it might help. The representative, however, defensively explained that he doesn't check online submissions due to time constraints. He seemed disinterested in customers. When I requested to be added to the repair queue, he flatly denied service. It was clear he didn't care and showed no remorse or professionalism. I'm sharing this review to warn others about the poor service for console repairs and the possibility of a similar experience for phone repairs. Individual working in the store was not suited at all to the service role. read more

I dropped my iPad, requiring replacement of the screen. The new screen had dead spots, but I didn't get my act together in time for it to be fixed within 90 days. Fortunately, I had signed up for Asurion protection, so the subsequent repair didn't cost near as much as the original replacement. UBreakIFix ordered the new part and replaced the screen promptly! read more

Went to Ubreakifix, even though my cell carrier insurance carrier would have been cheaper. Today I worked with Cross (Aurora store), who was very professional, knowledgeable and finished up my screen replacement in about 15 minutes, even though he estimated one hour! I really needed a service to fix my iPad. I want to say that I was led to believe that my iPad repair would be 160. However I was charge 90 dollars more. I didn't care for the unexpected difference in price I was charged, I feel like it's because they could charge whatever they want because there is no standard of price laid out. Prices for this business are not upfront online so it's a "we- will - see -how- we -feel - and charge- what-we -like-game, but if I want their service I pay to play. The store hours are not correct online so I had to wait until I had the day off to go in person. Online the times are listed as weekends are open i drove all the way to the store on a weekend just find a door stating the contrary to online listing. I wasted my morning before work to get there. I gave them a 3 stars because they did accomplish the task and they did communicate with me through out the process. Time and money are huge gripe and commodity for a consumer. We don't like losing either. I would recommend list your prices and update your online times. read more

Honest generous business. I took two game consoles for repair. They determined one was working fine and that problem was a bad HDMI cable. The other was an original Xbox that had acid from capacitors that leaked on motherboard and they suggested it night be better to find a working used Xbox then attempt a repair due to acid damage. They refused any type of payment for all the troubleshooting they did as they did not actually do any repairs. read more

Very upset, I went yesterday to get my sisters phone fixed at this location. I have fixed many devices over here and haven't had issues. However it looks like they hired new employees that aren't experienced. They charge me 210 dollars just to fix a broken screen and when I get home to give my sister her phone half the screen isn't working and the other half is. I spoke so highly about this place to everyone in the past and this is how they do me. I am going in today to see what they say and will determine if this review stays or if I need to revise it!!! read more

These guys are absolutely great! They are fair, honest and very good at what they do. I trust them completely.

The guys at you break I fix in Aurora CO did a great job. I spilled tea on my lap top. They were not able to fix that but they were able to recover files from the hard drive. It took a long time and I appreciate the time they took to do the data recovery . thanks to their efforts I was able to retrieve several documents and transfer them to my new lap top. many many thanks. I left my XBox Series X at a local uBreakiFix in May 2022. It was said to have a rather common issue. It no longer would send a video signal to my TV. The HDMI port was broken. I left it there for repair. At the time I was sold a insurance plan that would also cover a portion of the cost for any repair. I was promised calls to report the progress. I was never called back for any updates. I had to initiate any calls to check on its status. I first found out that it was send to another facility that was better able to handle this repair. After two more calls I found out that it was send to a second facility because he first one couldn't fix it. After two more calls I found out that it was unrepairable but, that is might have been broken and rendered repairable during the repair attempt. Their representative was attempting to deal with "corporate" to see how to compensate me. Today is the second day of December. I just found out that not only was it not fixed, but the XBox was "recycled" because I didn't pick it up after 60 days. But, no one called me and told me that it was available to pick it up. (I've got phone records). AND, sorry, no compensation for their seemly breaking my console. DO NOT GO HERE. I NEVER USE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR "INSURANCE" FOR MY PHONES. AND I'M SORRY THAT I HAVE PAID THEM $200 ($25 PER MO) FOR WHAT i HAVE (OR RATHER WHAT I DON'T HAVE NOW). BTW, I selected 1 star because i couldn't post this with NO star. read more

Very satisfied! My PS4 needed to be repair because of the freezing and rebooting. I took it in Tuesday and it was done the next day. They called and said it was a quick fix. They didn't charge me for it. I was beyond happy because I thought it was a couple of $100. Their communication was awesome. I had a text and email on my status. Great and fast service! I cracked my iPhone 6s the night before Thanksgiving and was distraught. Dropped if off at 11am Black Friday morning and they gave me a call confirming the repair within 30 minutes. They were very direct on the price and I didn't have to pay until I inspected the repair (which was flawless). I've heard of other places that may be cheaper, but you'd run the risk of coming back home with a flimsy screen that ends up popping off/breaking a couple days later. So far the quality of their screen replacement looks top notch! UBreakIFix, may the light of Grayskull shine forever in your favor! Huzzah!! read more

I took my phone in to replace the glass. After paying $270. I received a phone back that does not even work. I chose this vendor because they said they were Samsung Certified. Samsung should be ashamed to be associated with this vendor. My phone at least worked before I took it in. Now it does not even work. I took it back to this place 3 times and it still does not work. I will need to get a new phone. Whatever you do, don't use this vendor. Save your money and just purchase a new phone. read more

I was pretty sure my iPhone 7 needed the Lightning port replaced. I had cleaned it many times but was still having trouble with charging/USB cables falling out.
