I have had the worst experience with Cellairis at THE OLD ALABAMA LOCATION Roswell Ga. I took my phone in for repairs on a Friday afternoon because it was in my neighborhood I thought this would be a quick process. The face was cracked. The worker told me that I should get my phone back on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I had a bad feeling because it should not take that long in the year 2021 to fix the face of a phone. However I like to support my local businesses. On Tuesday I went to the location to check on the status since no one responded to my email the nice professional gentleman was no longer there but some pugnacious middle manager with a serious attitude problem! For starters, it pains me to leave a negative review. But to be clear, I chose this company and this location based on these very Google reviews, so I feel I owe it to others to share my experience. Had everything gone as planned, I'm sure this would be a much different review, but... My first interaction with the lone employee went well enough. He seemed knowledgeable and eager to please. He made no mention that he was ill (it comes up later), or that he was not a regular employee at that location (also comes up later). I was given a price on the screen repair on my iPhone 6 (it seemed fair), and then the employee really upped his game by telling me of the 10 percent discount and extended, 3-year warranty if I got tempered glass and a case from them for what I deemed, again, to be a fair price--good even! And it wasn't even an upsell because I WANTED the tempered glass and new case so I wouldn't have to replace the screen again, and the 3-year all-coverage warranty was way better than their standard 6-month, limited warranty. That's when everything went downhill. Before I even left, I was informed they only had factory screens and the other screens wouldn't come in until "tomorrow." Since I had taken work off, I sucked it up. What else could I do? I didn't have time to come back again. And just like that, the 10 percent discount was gone. Not to be discouraged, I left with orders to come back in "20 or 30 minutes" happy that I'd at least have this taken care of and have a sweet warranty and new case to boot. I came back closer to 45 minutes later and walked in to find the employee working on my phone. He said he'd need at least 10 more minutes. When I asked what had happened, he informed me that he had "an emergency" that required the bathroom. Dude. I understand upset stomachs or sudden GI problems--happens to the best of us. But I would never, NEVER share that with one of my customers. Simply telling me he had suddenly not felt good would have been plenty of information. Instead, I couldn't help but wonder: Is my phone coming back to me with a virus? I went to me car and ate my lunch, giving him another 10-plus minutes, and then headed in to find him milling about the small store. Just as I walked in the phone rang and he picked it up, having some very one-sided conversation (the other person must've done all the talking), after which some time passed he gave some sort of informal response and then finally prepared to address me, the only customer in his store. He immediately declared I'd have to come back tomorrow! WHAT?!? While he had fixed my screen, he explained that he could not "get into the system" to log my warranty and that he didn't have any tempered glass screen that was part of the deal. He told me at first it would be another 10 minutes but then seemed unsure it would be able to happen at all. At that point, I just wanted my phone back and to leave. He informed me my warrant was only for 6 months and doesn't include cracked or damaged screen. Then what's the warranty? And wouldn't you make an exception since it was their fault I didn't get the warranty? To add insult to injury, he had me "initial" the post-work inspection before I actually got the phone in my hand. Granted, it looked fine, but that's the whole point: The customer signs off AFTER they see the finished product. I think I'm an easy enough customer. And I walked out of there with money I was willing to give them. Unfortunately, this one bad experience pretty much ensures I won't go back. NOTE: I've edited this from two-star to one, as it's been a full week and nobody reached out to me about my poor experience. There's also a flaw in my screen, which I noticed the night of the repair. DO NOT GO HERE!! They 100% ruined my phone. Went in with a small crack and they replaced the screen on April 8th. Sold me a bundle and thought everything was great. I have been in there every day and it is April 28th. The employees are nice but the Manager should be Fired Immediately. After the screen went out, the camera went out, then the sound went out, then it jiggled, then they put in a battery, now it won't charge...Manager told me to go buy a cheap phone at Walmart. I am furious. The manager said he worked at microsoft and is unable to work on anything. Just a figure head. Such a shame because the employees are hard workers and in training. Trying to pick up my iPad! Was turned in on Saturday. Picked up yesterday but returned it because bristles from the brush was trapped inside the glass on the screen. Today is now Wednesday and nobody is there. To top it off the glass replacement is already paid for. So damn sad that I have to waste my time coming here everyday just to pick up my iPad. Provided great service but caused damage to my phone. When I went to upgrade/exchange my phone, the value decreased from $150 to $45 dollars due to damage which resulted from getting my screen repaired from this store. Service was great and very nice but work done was poor. read more

Bad service - bad business! Went there to get my i6 screen replaced, seemed fine until it cracked again about a month later. Did not drop it, just had it in my pocket. When I went back, they said the technician that replaced the screen didn't seat it correctly. I figured this made sense and was happy that I didn't break it. But......although they admitted they didn't replace it correctly, they said I should have noticed the problem and were not willing to cover the cost under the warranty! I scheduled an appointment to come in for a screen repair. Scheduling was quick and easy over the phone and there was an available spot almost right away. It turns out all I really needed was to switch out my tempered glass cover with a new one. Josh was super awesome and made a custom cover for my phone while I waited and I was out in a flash. They said they'd have my fiancee's phone ready by Thursday (08/02/2018)... they didn't. He was going on a trip the next day so he told them that he'd be back to get it on Tuesday (08/07/2018). Well they had some mysterious phone issues and closed the store. Fine. Said they'd reopen at noon the following day. Surprise surprise, they didn't. Finally, a week after when they should've had it done (and three pointless trips) later they finally call. So my fiancee takes his break to go get it... mind you it's been less than an hour since he called. He gets there and this guy is taking a break. Fourth trip, no phone. So I finally decided I'd had enough and went in. He apologized and I said "that's great. You should be offering some sort of refund for all of this." He informs me he isn't authorized to do that. I tell him to call someone who is. He claims no one is authorized to do that... ARE YOU FREAKING JOKING? No one is authorized to correct a huge mistake in this whole freaking company? He said all he could do was put back on the broken screen and refund the money. Freaking wonderful. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. If this is your only option, go get yourself a new phone. This company is the worst company I've EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. read more

I took my iphone to have the screen fixed and after paying $180 for an low quality screen, the phone would randomly select things and the sensor was broken (the one that shuts the screen off when you're on a call). I went to a guy in Park Meadows who replaced the screen with an apple oem, fixed the sensor and did it all for less than what I paid here and in 20 min! Phone works perfectly now. Not sure if it was just a bad tech, but will never return here, they are WAY overpriced. read more

i gave my ipad air for screen replacement at Cellairis store inside walmart. after fixing 1st time i picked up but have to return it back as there is a brush hair. after replacing the brush hair and i got the ipad but now the Home button is moving form its location. again i have to return i back to them for service. after home button is fixed i got my ipad in the night. next day morning when i checked the ipad there was a crack on the screen. i went back to ask the repair guy, he said that once i leave the store he is not responsible for it. I have made multiple trips to the store for their issues and finally wasted money. read more

These guys have been fantastic! I've never broken a phone screen in my life and I've had a smartphone since the original iPhone. That being said, I got cocky and didn't get apple care. So when I broke my screen I need a quick and inexpensive option to replace my screen. Apple had a long wait and was going to cost quite a bit. These guys got me in right away with an appt over the phone and replaced my screen in about an hour. The screen looked great but felt odd and didn't seem to fit right. I brought it back and they recognized a defective part and replaced it immediately at no charge! Screen worked perfect for a while but then started to glitch on me. Brought it back, they went over it and found a solution that seemed to fix it, again no charge. Unfortunately the screen started to glitch again, but not as badly so I didn't bother to do anything about it because it was a minor inconvenience and I had a lot of personal stuff going on. Problem was that about 5 months after the initial repair the screen came loose and was glitching badly multiple times a day. Brought it in last night to see about getting another repair. They looked it over, noticed the bad part and completely replaced it free of charge! Now it works like brand new again! Despite the issues, they've stood by their product and their work and have gone way above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that I was satisfied with their work.
