Despite all the negative reviews I keep seeing, my personal experience with ZAGG has been great. Screen protectors on 2 Apple Watches, 2 iPads, and 2 iPhones. All holding up well, and multiple replacements on one iPhone went smoothly every time. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that they've mixed up my order a couple of times, putting on a privacy screen instead of a clear one. We brought our phone in at 11:00 today to get a new screen cover. The guy said he could also replace the back. We said we won't have time because we had to leave for the airport by 1:30. No way to order Lyft. No way to get our airline ticket. No way to call or use our phone. My mom called and spoke to Zach the manager. This is probably the third or fourth time going here. It is the perfect place to get a new Zagg phone screen protector. Fast, high quality, very impressive. They used to charge $5 to put it on, but the last time and this time it went up to $10. Either way it is a great deal since it is like getting a new phone screen. I can't imagine getting any new phone without one. You pay once for it and to get new ones as needed (eg under warranty), and pay to get it installed (or you probably could install it yourself for free, but why when they do such a great job?) And now that they are in the mall all year round, right outside of the food court, I am super happy I don't have to worry if I missed them or not (way back when, they used to only be there during the holiday season). read more

I was a huge fan of zagg, but they have changed their replacement policy. You have to download a warranty app and pass a diagnostic test within 30 days of purchasing. I lost track and just missed the 30-days. I paid $39.99 for the replacement, $19.99 for a defense warranty card, and $10 for the installation. $74 and I am not able to get a discounted replacement. I should have looked at my receipt - I was not told that I was paying for the warranty. Quite a bummer. There is already a bubble in the screen protector they installed, but I will not be going back to zagg for a replacement. read more

By far the worst screen repair. I had my initial broken screen fixed and paid a good bit for the repair and warranty. Less than a month after the repair my screen has sensitivity issues and multiple streaks. I came back and had it repaired again under the 90day guarantee and my prepaid warranty. Lo and behold, the screen has the same issues and shatters in the middle of my weekend. Less than 2 weeks after the SECOND repair. When I went to see why this was happening the guy told me that they use intentionally cheap parts and that they were out of stock on anything that fits my model phone. He also said it would cost an additional $40 to have them ship another CHEAP part to repair my phone with on top of the warranty copay. I'm not going to pay them to restock on cheap parts that repeatedly don't work. TLDR: You get what you pay for. And now I'm paying for a new phone instead of the shenanigans. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had from zagg. I have been a loyal customer of zagg for years. I went and got the 44mm fusion screen protector for my watch, it is suppose to come with a bumper, they claimed they didn't have one. I noticed a bubble on the screen, I showed the install employee, he missed with it a little gave it back and said just don't mess with it. How are you suppose to not mess with it when it's a watch and in the middle of winter when you have long sleeves. The screen protector got to the point I had to remove it and find a different product. I do not recommend unless you like wasting time, fighting mall parking and wasting money. read more

My first Zagg shield lasted over two years. The replacement that I got at Flatirons mall lasted until I got a new phone. The new phone's shield lasted almost a year. Then I came to the Park meadows mall for a replacement. It cracked within three weeks. Replaced it again. Cracked within a month. I don't know if Zagg quality overall is going down, or if this location has bad products. I also mentioned I needed a new case then remembered my Otterbox case was under warranty, and the staff person aggressively tried to convince me Otterbox wouldn't honor the warranty and I needed to just buy a case there (and also that if I shopped for a case elsewhere, it would definitely break and be low quality). Even though it's out of the way, im driving up to Broomfield for the next replacement. Hopefully it will be back at normal Zagg quality and AT LEAST a few months ... read more

Fast service. 2 girls were working when I went in. 3 ppl were in line and I wasn't there to long. I ended up upgrading my case thanks to the handy girl that replaced my case. Waste of time. Showed up at 10:15 for screen repair/ replacement. 2nd associate was suppose to show up at 11:00. Waiting until 11:20, no help arrived. First guy was inconsiderate. I went to Zagg and checked and saw the 30 minute sign. 8 people in line. All were standing there longer than 30 minutes at noon on Saturday the dec 15th. I told the manager (guy in the white shirt) that we were all standing there longer than 30 minutes and he got very defensive and bulked up and screamed at the 6 of us standing there. We all made sure to go on Yelp and Google and give the worst possible reviews. I CANNOT believe that a manager was this rude. If I acted like this when I was a manager I would expect to be fired. And I will make sure I tell anyone and everyone not to go to this location as I work very close and deal with 100s of people a week. This place is a joke! Got a cover for my fit bit in a location in nw Colorado. Had a bubble that she said would go away in a few days. It never did. Then within 2 month it has a scrap and another bubble. Took it into the park meadows mall location. One employee there, I'm behind 4 people in line, 40 mins later and 6 people in line behind me its my turn. He looks at my fit bit versa and says well she put it on wrong! Then he tells me he'd replace it, at a cost, but their machine is broken. Suppose to have a guy out here in september for a day with a machine that works. Not sure what day in September, that is at least 10 days away that maybe someone may show up! So i say, how bout a cover for my galaxys9plus! Pretty typical phone id say. Zagg has saved my phone, and my wife's and 2 kiddos phone many times. When I thought the damage was my screen, I took it to Art at Zagg in Park Meadows mall and he determined it was just the zagg protector and not phone. Art is an awesome guy with a wealth of knowledge about zagg products. I can't recommend this product enough. I was skeptical at first. No more! Zagg is well worth it!!! read more
