This is a very busy place, with steady customer traffic, appointments, and walk-ins. I had an appointment, fortunately, but still had a 90-minute window to get my phone battery replaced, and due to other customers' needs, I ended up being delayed by another hour. I was in a bind for a project, so I didn't mind the wait. The staff were friendly and kept me updated on the wait and delays as I hung out in the lobby for the extra hour. Since I had coverage through my cell phone carrier and was able to file a claim, I did not need to pay for a new battery. I was happy with the work done and will use uBreakiFix by Asurion again. Hopefully, I won't need to use them too soon in the future :) read more

uBreakiFix by Asurion - Store entrance - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Lone Tree, Colorado

Quick, efficient and friendly. This is my go-to place - not just because the location is convenient but because I know what to expect

Place is a scam. Paid $350 Nov 30, 2025 to replace a screen on an S24 Ultra. Out of nowhere on March 1, 2026 while sending a text the screen just went black and started showing green lines only. Took it to store and they looked at it and said the small "scractch" they see on bottom of screen makes them not liabale for anything and i would need to pay another $350 to replace screen. Photos of what the screen looks like. Dont see what "scratches" they are talking about. read more

I am so frustrated, my daughter has special needs and uses her IPads for therapy and I've had to take them in three different times, waited weeks for them back, and they haven't worked. I just got home today from picking them up after almost two weeks, and one already won't start, after I paid for a new battery. I have never had such a bad experience with this group before. but it's the first and last time at this location. read more

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. They'll waste your time, worsen your problems, and then shrug it off like it's no big deal. I took my PS5 to uBreakiFixIt because it was shutting off after two hours of use. I specifically asked for a proper diagnosis and cleaning. They claimed they "cleaned" it, but when I got it back, the problem was even worse--it started shutting off after just 30 minutes. When I brought it back and explained the issue, they dismissed it entirely and told me there was "nothing wrong" with the console. This was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. They clearly didn't care to investigate the issue properly or take accountability for making things worse. read more

Review to be updated, but...we dropped off an iPad on Saturday that needed a new screen, was given a 3-5 biz day turnaround. Called Wednesday afternoon and told, oh, we have to order parts...we will get that done today, maybe Friday. read more

We trust them with their laptops and phones. Sometimes there are delays getting parts that they can't control but once the parts arrive they turn things around very quickly! read more

Unfortunately one our sons has had to have his phones repaired and each time (maybe 2 or 3?) we have brought them in to uBreakiFix. Service is always courteous, efficient and quick. We got his phone back in about 2 hours just as they stated . I highly recommend this place! read more

I have used UBreakIFix more often than I would like to admit, but they are terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable, and never ever condescending. I brought my Ipad in for a battery replacement, and they told me 2-3 days, because they were very busy. To my surprise and delight, it was done by the next morning! I did miss a Zoom meeting, but that was my fault for only having email on my IPad and not my laptop or phone. They also offered to replace my tempered glass screen at a discount. Very happy with the service here! read more

excellent service. Even in the midst of company transitions, the honored all original warranty and repairs. In my honest opinion, thwy went above and beyond. Replacing the hard drive with a more expensive ( and more reliable) SSD. AAA+++. Highly Recommended Thanks uBreakiFix read more

Easy and fast repair. Thank you so much for helping out in a pinch. It never fails! Customer service was great as well.

THESE GUYS STOLE MY SIM CARD!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR iPAD HERE! I brought in an iPad that needed a cracked screen replaced. After having it well over a week longer than they said, I went to pick it up, and they said they couldn't fix it. When I asked where the SIM card was, they said the tech took it out, and couldn't find the tech nor SIM card. They did give me an iPad that was similar, but it was absolutely hell getting it set up! Thank you T Mobile for working hard on it! I'll never use Ubreak it ever again! read more

I took in an Apple Watch with a shattered glass screen. They ordered in an off market replacement. When installed, the touch screen didn't work. They called and let me know. Said they could get a more expensive one that would work, but with the cost for replacement I'd be better off buying a replacement Watch. They refunded my deposit. Honest. I will use them again for sure! read more

Amazing service; Al was extremely helpful and made it easy to get my phone fixed. Highly recommend!

I Phone screen fried. Took it here and after 2 days of not hearing from anyone, I went into the store and was told it wasn't repairable. Before spending $1000 on a new one, I went to Denver Mac Repair for a 2nd opinion. Turns out the phone was repairable and I walked out the door with a new screen in about 30 minutes. Maybe a bad day for these guys but I almost blew $1000 on a new phone thanks to them. I'd go elsewhere. read more

Customer beware! The team at this store destroyed my Iphone and said tough luck. I dropped off my IPhone to get a new battery. There was nothing wrong with it except a short battery life. They said a battery replacement was no problem. They called me a few hours later and told me my phone was broken and a total loss. I informed them It was fine when I dropped it off. The technician on the phone said no, it was already broken when I dropped it off. This was a total lie. I talked to the manager, who said it WAS the technicians fault, and they would replace the phone with another used iPhone. He suggested that I still pay $90 for a new battery in the replacement phone. I told him not to replace the battery or do any work on the phone. He agreed. Nine days later, they called and said my replacement phone was in. I went in to pick it up, and they said I owed them $90. They will not give me the replacement phone without the ransom money. They destroyed my fully functioning IPhone and will not make it right. Consider yourself warned! read more

Thanks Rachel for your acknowledgement, explanation, and alternative approach! While the steps you outlined are cumbersome, they would allow the device to be worked on in a factory settings, which would alleviate more than half of the concerns that i mentioned. Love the quick and professional service! They were very good with the masks and social distancing. Service totally recommended

I am very dissatisfied with the service, I went there to transfer photos from my phone to a hard drive, they took my phone from me for the whole day and as a result, by the evening the work was not done, when I opened the hard drive it had only half of the photo on it, the specialist did not even want to understand the problem, I do not recommend read more

I brought in a mac book that wouldn't go past the start screen. The quote and answer I received was to completely replace the motherboard and it would be over $800. I brought it to a place in castle rock called protech and he fixed it for under $200 by fixing a short. Computer works great! Look around! This place just loves to replace parts and charge a fortune instead of really looking into what the problem is. read more
