I am so disappointed... I needed my daughter's iPad battery replaced, she has special needs and uses this for therapy, so it's very important to have fixed. I wish I would have taken a picture before bringing it in, but didn't think I would need it. The home button doesn't work anymore and now there is a black line down the screen that was not there when I dropped it off. And they told me this would be 175 to fix the screen. I paid for a battery replacement at the park meadows location and had to bring it in 3 times for the iPad to still randomly turn off so I tried the Parker location and this happens. I wouldn't recommend trusting this location or the one by park meadows it's been 2 months and 4 visits for the screen to be broken and the home button broken that weren't broken before brining it in, and paid for a new battery. . going forward I will just pay to replace the ipad, because at this point I would have paid more for the repairs and it taken much longer than just getting a new one. Very very upset about this turn out. read more

It's has not stopped and now, I can't use it at all. They say because of a very slight scratch on the screen that, that is the reason. It worked great with the shattered screen I brought it in with. I've had a couple previous repairs on my older iPhones at a different location which were fine, this was fast and easy to schedule, drop off and pick up. Most insurance companies charge $150 or more for phone repairs or replacements with insurance, so glad to have a screen repair service for good quality at a decent price, thank you for the prompt service and repair! read more

I'll start this review by saying my phone's issue could not be fixed; however, that was of no fault by UBreakIFix as they did all they could. First they actually recommended us to do a factory reset to save us money, as they noted problems similar to what they see with my phone's model are usually dud to software and not hardware - I appreciated their honesty and suggestion, tried the reset while waiting there but it unfortunately did not fix the issue. Next we left the phone there for the fix (switching the camera module, for which they had an original part available on hand!) and they were able to get whatever they needed to get done in just 2-3 hours, which was super quick considering how busy they were when we were there! We went to pick up the phone, tested for the issue which unfortunately was still there (though was still visibly improved over what it was before though maybe that was just the small sample skze/time I spent testing it). They verified themselves that the issue is still present, apologized and said that the phone had passed all the diagnostic tests, and explained that issue is likely with the motherboard given the camera module isn't the problem. They added that switching the motherboard would be very expensive and it may make more sense to spend the money on a new phone instead AND they also said they can switch out the camera module to the original ASAP so we don't get charged as the issue wasn't fixed. The motherboard cost was indeed more than what we originally bought the phone for so we passed on that, but given the slight improvement in camera (and the fact that they worked on fixing the phone) I decided to keep the new module and pay for the fix. Overall, I'd say this was a good experience, would've been great if the phone had been fixed but like I said, that was not the fault of UBreakIFix. They did what they could, did it quickly, and offered to not take payment given the promised fix wasn't done. Hopefully won't have any more phone issues but if I ever did, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it over to UBreakIFix. read more

I had a great experience bringing a Samsung phone with a broken screen to the Parker location. The manager Shahla provided excellent customer service to myself and other customers ahead of me. And the phone repair was very good quality. I highly recommend this location for repairs, especially if you are not tech savvy. I would bet Shahla would take all the time needed to help. read more

I stopped by on Sunday during within the online posted hours to see if they could fix my cracked screen on my iPhone. Hours of operation on the door are mon-fri 10-6 for Covid. I work Monday through Friday and need my phone for work. If a retail store is not open on the weekends it might as well not be open at all. Guess I will have to find another location to fix my phone. We are 6 months into Covid, time to stop giving the Covid excuse to operate on impractical hours for the average consumer. read more

Took my son's computer there and was told a motherboard was fried and graphics card damaged. I almost bought all new pieces, but decided to get a second opinion. Second computer guy found some loose parts and handed me back a perfectly working gaming PC in no time for almost no money. The part was $10-20 on amazon, but needs tools and expertise and time to install. They charged $70 which I found reasonable and fair for both parties. I'd HIGHLY recommend them. I made an appointment to get my phone screen repaired online for 5:00 PM. When I arrived at 5 PM i was told that the repair would take 1.5-2 hours to fix and that they closed at 6. I was also told that they didn't even have the parts they needed to fix my phone. When I asked what I needed to do to make sure my appointment would result in my phone getting fixed I was told that appointments are more of a formality and that I should just do a walk in. I made an appointment online so that i could make the process simple and quick because were in the midst of a global pandemic. Considering that I tried to get my phone fixed here and left immediately after my scheduled appointment very confused and with a still broken phone I'm going to have to give it one star. read more
