I am so disappointed... I needed my daughter's iPad battery replaced, she has special needs and…read moreuses this for therapy, so it's very important to have fixed. I wish I would have taken a picture before bringing it in, but didn't think I would need it. The home button doesn't work anymore and now there is a black line down the screen that was not there when I dropped it off. And they told me this would be 175 to fix the screen. I paid for a battery replacement at the park meadows location and had to bring it in 3 times for the iPad to still randomly turn off so I tried the Parker location and this happens. I wouldn't recommend trusting this location or the one by park meadows it's been 2 months and 4 visits for the screen to be broken and the home button broken that weren't broken before brining it in, and paid for a new battery. . going forward I will just pay to replace the ipad, because at this point I would have paid more for the repairs and it taken much longer than just getting a new one. Very very upset about this turn out.

Trying to troubleshoot why my high-end diswasher wouldn't turn on, I…read morediscovered a tiny micro-switch had become separated from the circuit board that controls all the dishwasher functions. I'm pretty good at basic electronic soldering but this repair was way above my pay grade! I could barely see the solder connections even with a magnifying glass. The R3 folks advertise "micro soldering", so I gave them a try. Within a couple days the repair was completed at a fair price, and my re-installed board works just like new. Not having to buy a replacement circuit board saved me over $200.

However, he's one…read morefly ass dude because I loved what he wore when he came over, he musta been going somewhere afterwards. Haha. Anyway! Enough about his attire, his work is on point just as his fashion. So, we used his services back in 2020, the start of the You Know What. I was completely weirded out by someone coming to my home to repair my iPad. Not because of germs, because it was different. I'm used to going to a business, I thought it'd be awkward to have someone here doing his work in front of me. But no, he was cool. He arrived, did his work, was super chill, kinda quiet. Boom bam, he was done within minutes. This time around? Same thing. He repaired TWO items (yes, the iPad was back. Haha), and had told him to ignore the broken home button, that I'd get to that someday. What's awesome is that he surprisingly fixed it at no extra cost! I was like, awwwwww, how sweet of him. Both problems fixed - and a bonus repair - for a VERY good price. Honestly, he's my go-to guy now, I won't go anywhere else. I'm SURE there are others out there, but I prefer a fly ass dude to come here, repairing my gadgets in style. (One little tidbit: I remembered he even got a dvd stuck from my PC back in 2020 - FOR FREE, the same day he fixed my iPad. So, you hire a humble dude when you hire him. Keep in mind he doesn't have that office anymore in Greenwood Village, so y'all know.) You're welcome. ;)

These guys are great!! Their prices are very reasonable for screen replacement and they are super fast! Turnaround in 20min usually. They even tossed on a free screen protector with it too. Last time I went I also had the battery replaced. So far my phone seems to be performing snappier and they battery drain is much slower than it was. FINALLY! Hopefully I can get another year or so out of this phone instead of paying the ripoff prices of new phones.
