It was our busy season and a regular work day. I reached my team and the boss to alert them to the issues. I then 'winged it' using my cell phone and old fashion pen & paper. That afternoon I went down to Microcenter and ordered a new computer set up. Now let me share, I am somewhat tech savvy. I know a little about a little. However, computers aren't my passion. People are. I was struggling to get all the bells and whistles to cooperate. I honestly wanted to throw it out my 7th floor Juliet balcony! I reached out to my team again, who is in the mountains (100+ miles away) keeping them apprised of the situation. We tried to get help remotely over the phone, but it wasn't working.
