I arrived to this location on 7/8/26, around 10:55 AM and was immediately greeted by Taylor who quickly handled my issue with my Milanese watch band. If only Apple Care reps were this efficient, it would have saved me several hours of explaining as well as saving me $50 in Uber fees. The store was somewhat crowded when I arrived and I thought that I would have to wait for help. Not the case here, today. All in all I was very pleased with my visit.

Got an "appointment" for 20 minutes after walking in. Waited almost 45 minutes before one of the 35 or so employees milling around decided to listen to me say, "I need a battery". They took my phone and asked me to come back in 4 hours. I did. I waited an additional 60 minutes AFTER my "pick up time", and was told no less than 5 times (by various people milling around) that it would be "10 minutes". It's a battery, not the Manhattan project. They strung me out until I was one of 3 customers left in the store. I got my phone back 5 minutes before closing time... with a 4% charge. The entire time I was there, the number of employees outnumbered customers by 2:1. Is there one person in the back working on phones? Is it impossible to accurately estimate how long something is going to take? How long can it possibly take to replace a battery? Is this store run by the government? These questions are apparently unanswerable at the Apple Store in Aspen Grove. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Besides repairing computers, they also sell used PCs and laptops, as well as computer components.The shop is fair in its repair prices and retail goods but you definitely get more than you pay for. The staff is some of the brightest and kindest I have met in my adventures in Geekdom, neither being dopey nor elitist. My only complaint stems from a miscommunication I had with the owner over a repair. While the details are not important, he still tried to make it up to me both in advice and in supplies. So whether you have a destroyed Dell or a mangled Mac, bring it on in. Oh, and avoid the 2600 block of south Broadway if you are a minority with a broken computer.
