It's a battery, not the Manhattan project. They strung me out until I was one of 3 customers left in the store. I got my phone back 5 minutes before closing time... with a 4% charge. The entire time I was there, the number of employees outnumbered customers by 2:1. Is there one person in the back working on phones? Is it impossible to accurately estimate how long something is going to take? How long can it possibly take to replace a battery? Is this store run by the government? These questions are apparently unanswerable at the Apple Store in Aspen Grove. Absolutely horrible customer service.
