    Recently had some work done on my laptop for a broken screen…read more Im leaving a negative review because it took three weeks to repair and communication wasnt good at all. I called the shop many times sometimes with an answer and sometimes with no answer. It also cost an additional $20 for a part that was needed(apparently it was broken when trying to make the original screen repair, yeah okay sure it wasnt damaged in the repair process and why is that cost falling on me) and when I picked up the computer the trim around the screen wasnt even attached properly. Thanks. Im also missing the rubber feet on the bottom of my laptop to keep it from sliding around which shouldnt have even been touched because it has nothing to do with the screen. On top of all that now I cant even log into my microsoft account. I was not made aware I should back up my files and now I have to reset my entire computer and lose everything. I use this a ton for work and personal use. Not coming back again and would reccomend others look elsewhere. Update: Tried to call them on monday to talk to someone right when they opened at 10am and then again at 10:05am and no one is answering. Please update your business hours if you are not available when it says online Update: Two months later and my replaced screen popped out of the casing and broke

    To start off I'm still a newbie building PCs thus why I came to this place to get a diagnosis on…read morewhat I did wrong after I built it. I was told it'll be 60$ in my mind I figured that a decent price because I know it'll be resolved quick well the guy couldn't get it to boot either than swapped out a psu and got it to boot. He said my psu was dead and that I need a new one. I thought it was odd because that psu was from an old build and since I boxed it up and put it away. It couldn't be dead. I went out and bought a new psu because the guy told me he can put in an off brand psu and if I wanted a better one I'd have to wait 3 days for it to arrive. Like i understand it's a small shop but when you have a pc center 15 min away why would you not have good psus in stock? So I went to micro center and got a psu. Plugged it in and was having the same issue with my pc not booting up. Long story short I figured out with the help of YouTube that my motherboard has 2 cpu power plug headers and turns out the small 4 pin plug is for extreme over locking only and there's no need to plug that in. I made the mistake of plugging it in using a spare pcie plug and that's why it wasn't booting. From someone that has way more experience than me I would have thought they would have caught that mistake very quick but nope I ending up paying 90$ instead of 60 and my psu was never dead but ended up spending another 100$ to buy a new psu so in the end shit deal if you ask me. Not going back.

    I met with Joey after three days of having his phone number and messaging with Yelp unfortunately…read morean agreement was not made on work as to the condition of my laptop an exessivly rough estimate was n made on my celeron hp laptop without any diagnostic equipment and without having to open my computer up. essentially Joyey arrived I was in the restroom and he needed to wait roughly 10 minutes with my care providers who were aware he would be here and what it was for after he explained that there was a good chance that a new or refurbished module might be a good option he showed me that I was going to need to pay him before he left with my machine He explained that there was a diagnostic fee that I owed him and how trafic was terrible during rush hour when was the only time he could communicate or arrive. He said that he s driving for over two hours and I told him we were ~50 miles away I told him I could afford his diagnostic fee through the shell messager and that I did not expect him to not request this but that I do not carry that much cash and I offered him as much cash as I had to begin the job but they the rest he requested ($300+) would have to come from my care providers office and that I might not chose to negotiate any more with out them my handy capable condition has insisted that I might not be in full mental faculties to handle heated negotiations over money but that it is healthy to have interactions with business to get better I assured him that I worked give him 2 bags to take my machine but that I would like to have a buisness card or documentation that I had left him the machine with a little bit of an idea on the amont for his hours of labor. He told me how he was busy and that I could always just buy a new one out of a catalog it sounded like we were going to decide not to Continue working together despite my assurance several times to pay his diagnostic fee and any associated labor 115 for known problems and $125 for unknown I would have liked to have spoken on the phone before he had the need to make that trip saving us both time and anguish I will continue to look for other businesses to work with on this problem
