I'm a first-time customer beginning the repair process, but I'm already impressed enough to leave a review. BTW, anyone who enjoys creative little shops with "hard to find" local products and artisanal food is likely to enjoy the plaza they're located in - it's a pretty cool place. Using the Apple Support app, I got a next-day appointment with plenty of flexibility. I dropped off my sick MacBook Pro, and the experience was far superior to what I'm accustomed to in typical mall Apple Stores - speaking as a long-time Mac user. Before formally submitting my device, "Connie" asked me questions and conducted a thorough problem-solving session. My options were further detailed by the Service Manager, "Sunni." As a former Applecare specialist, Sunni is a bastion of insider insight and realistic advice. Overall, the service was more transparent and MUCH more personalized than I'm used to - though just sitting in peace without waiting or straining to hear the staff was a treat, and it's comforting to know the business employs an *accessible* team of experts with different specialties. I learned more during today's intake than in all my past repair consults combined through the Apple Store. The positive reviews grabbed my attention, and I can see why they're successful. Thanks for the excellent service today - I expect I'll be back many times. read more

Aim High - MacBook Pro 2015 - IT Services & Computer Repair Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

So nice to have a Mac authorized repair around the corner from us. Used them a few times and have been very happy with their service and their staff. read more

Sunny was wonderful! She quickly and convincingly diagnosed my problem and spent lots of time helping me work out the best solution for me.

service is slow and extremely expensive. The only reason i went is because apple is so proprietary with parts they are hard to find. But they are trying to charge about 4x the price it costs for the parts and hours in labor for a 30 minute job. not to mention it took them 3 days to get around to diagnosing something that the computer self diagnosed before i brought it in and projected a week before a repair could be made. after receiving the part. i'm sure the price of the computer i brought in is currently less than the cost of the repair they are asking. Of course this makes it hard to trust them. All it takes is alittle know how about computers to understand what a scam this place is. read more

Great place for Apple products and repairs inside Stanley Marketplace. They offer classes in person and are experts when it comes to IT and Mac products and most things tech-y. read more

Kevin, Sunny and the team at *Aim High*, do just that. Rather than replacing an older MacBook Pro and iMac (much as a visit to the Apple Store is a top covid-times diversion), these machines now hum. One way to run a great business? Under promise, over deliver & do it all with excellent communication = Aim High. read more

Aim High is licensed by Apple to work on Apple products! They are not a straight up 3rd party who may or may not actually be qualified, but are very knowledgeable and work closely with Apple. They are also referenced by Apple Support. A key on my computer stopped working so I took a chance by going there when I never had before. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with very well-informed and EXTREMELY friendly employees that could immediately identify the root of the problem and how to solve it. While they themselves did not have the means to fix it, they sent it to Apple for them to do so and kept me updated through the whole process and promptly returned it to me good as new. It's a very small business too so no crazy lines and waits like at Apple. Would highly recommend! Takes the same amount of time likely, but more convenient and full of people with great customer service skills who know how to fix your problem. Will definitely be coming to them again if I have any other issues with my Apple products! read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Made an appointment to get my iPad mini screen replaced as I went onto Apple's site and they were listed as a repair place. I made an appointment for 5 days later... Went in and then was told that they don't do iPad mini screen replacements there. Super frustrating after I went into Apple, listed iPad mini screen repair as what I needed and they were offered as a retailer. Made an appointment almost a week in advance, never heard a peep from them that they couldn't do it until I showed up for my appointment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and just go to Apple or Best Buy. read more

Dropped off my IMAC which was no longer under warranty. Though they were not able to repair, they were able to save our information on a hard drive and offered to recycle. Very friendly, professional, and accommodating during the COVID 19 epidemic. read more

I had a trusty Mac that suddenly wouldn't boot up. I took it to an Apple store, and they couldn't read any data from the hard drive. I thought all the data was a gonner. I called up Aim High and asked if they did data recovery services. When I brought in the computer, not only did they replace the HDD hard drive with an SSD, but they fully recovered all data and restored the computer exactly the way it was prior. The only difference I could notice was the boot up being 10X faster :) The best part was they had the computer ready the very next day after I brought it in. read more

Sonnie helped us and I have to say she was AMAZING. So patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She is the best tech support person I have ever worked with and she went above and beyond to help me. read more

Thank God for Apple care and Aim High. Was able to get my MacBook Pro repaired and looking brand new again. The desk clerk is very friendly. I believe I got my estimate within a couple days and my MacBook back repaired in a couple more days. Extremely fast turn around. Thank you so very much. I will be a return and recommending customer. BEYOND great staff! Frank was incredible, can easily carry a conversation and walk you through what you can expect. My MacBook was done in ONE day, would have been done the same day if I had taken it earlier, but choose a late appointment. Highly recommend Aim High! Will be returning and spreading the word about this location! Thanks for the great work and phenomenal customer service! read more

Huge shout out to the professional and friendly people at Aim High. They have made my life so easy by fixing my computer (a few weeks ago) and my phone (yesterday). So great to have a place nearby that does good damage control when I mess up!!! read more

I have had two occasions to use the service of AIM HIGH! and both times, their services have been extraordinary. I had major issues with storage on my hard drive being affected in the first instance with an "ICloud" back up, and secondly with a major RAM failure which filled my memory incessantly. Both issues were handled by AIM HIGH! and specifically with one of their top technical guys, Zack Kesselhaut, of whom I cannot say enough positive accolades. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He seeks the correct solution and does his research so that the solution can be targeted and it's always worth the time and cost it in the end. I would trust his recommendations with managing issues with my computer and have used his services in the rest my company several times. I would not hesitate to tell anyone with network, storage or just hardware issues to use the services of AIM HIGH! Thanks again Zack! read more

So I was having problems with my iPhone, and didn't want to wait 6 days for the Genius Bar at The Apple store. A friend told me to check out this new business that does everything Apple, so I went in and met with Amy. Just walked right in, no wait! Right away I was put at ease; she was quite knowledgeable & immediately knew what was wrong. She took the time & explained what I was doing wrong & how I could make a few minor adjustments. Wow! Too cool.....& she gave me a few useful tips too! So people, don't fight the crowds at The Apple store, go to Aim High! They're Apple certified & the experience was painless. I'm telling all my friends about this store. read more

Absolutely atrocious service. Someone named Kevin, claiming to be the manger of the store shouldn't be allowed to speak to customers. He ran diagnostics on the hardware of my computer. He told me nothing came back problematic on the hardware side. That's potentially good news. But he then proceeded to tell me that the results of the software checks I told him were done (either by me, or by the Apple Genius Bar) couldn't have been done the way I said they were (calling a customer a liar isn't a way to get off on a good start). He then proceeded to ask a few questions about what I had already told him we'd done. When I said yes to his literal first question, he proceeded to the next assuming I'd said no. After pointing out that he was continuing to not listen to what I was actually telling him, he proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to help me further, to come get my computer, and he hung up. I've never been treated so unprofessionally. Avoid! read more

This was the best computer repair service I've ever had. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly online. They described exactly where to park and met me outside at my appointment time to walk me upstairs. They wore masks and were friendly & efficient checking me in. They called me with an update and very clearly explained the issues my computer was having and how they would repair it. Pickup was simple as well. I would highly recommend Aim High for any repair needs. read more

Very impressed with their service, attention to detail, and turn around time. Took my Mac in for a repair that ended up being a warranty issue. Vince Hamm has worked on our families computers for many years. I cannot say enough good things about him and the service he provides for his customers and their computers. Finding the right IT person, when you are computer-challenged in the first place is like finding the right hair stylist, doctor, dentist or mechanic. Once you find one your love, you can't say enough about them, and never want to leave them. I went back to school about a year ago, completely online. My MacBook Pro has gotten quite the work out in the last 18 months. Somehow, I got some malware or something embedded, that was causing my computer to drain memory, even when I closed everything, deleted apps or programs I did not need anymore, deleted files, I still had issues. Vince and Amy to the rescue! I was a little panicked, as my next class started soon, but luckily they were able to figure out the issue in a timely manner and came up with a solution to hopefully prevent it from happening again. They have also done preventive maintenance regarding my battery replacement, and a check up, for lack of a better word. This means I can concentrate on my classes, and not worry about if my computer is going to make it through the class with the workload I have. They recently also started offering kids classes and information classes for people like me who are not sure what that Cloud thing is, and why should I use it? Go check them out. You will not be disappointed, The team there is awesome! Oh, and the location while a bit far out in Aurora, is great. Stanley Marketplace is really unique! Again, you will not be disappointed. read more

After spilling an entire cup of hot coffee on my computer during this pandemic, and being told that the next available appt at an Apple Store was two months away, I was in a panic and called Aim High. Not only were they considerate and empathetic to my situation, but they did everything in their power to help me fix this quickly and at a minimal cost. They kept me informed step by step how the process was going so I never had to wonder when I'd get my computer back. They answered all of my questions and even checked in on me after I got my computer back to see how it was! I would HIGHLY recommend using these guys for all your repair needs! read more

I feel sorry for the future of aimhigh, mostly due to the poor leadership of owner Vincent Hamm. I reached out to him for a business transaction and was treated insolently and unprofessionally. Their technology and services are also deeply rooted in the 80s and 90s with little hope of helping those who need services from 2015+. Please see their website for further notification of this lack of technical development or call their "support" number. In the future, do not reach out to them unless you want to be ignored. read more

Took my MacBook Pro in that I bought in 2013. I was working on something and it suddenly shut off. When rebooting I got a flashing folder with a question mark. I took it to Aim High on Dec. 29th and they had it done on Jan 2nd! It ended up being a simple hard drive cable that was replaced at a very reasonable price, I thought! Runs like new. So timely and the most friendly people. Thank you, Aim High! read more

When it comes to valuable electronics you want someone who knows what they're doing, is thorough and the cost is reasonable. Aim High is all of these. I especially appreciated the frequent updates and that they went the extra mile. I read reviews just like you and know their impact so I wanted to take time to acknowledge great work. read more

I was in town for a gig which relied heavily on my MacBook Air, and the trackpad died just before my flight. Panic! The closest Apple Store couldn't fit me in, so I was referred to Aim High. I couldn't have been more pleased. Andrew and Kevin were kind, thorough, understanding, and excellent. My problem was amazingly (and creatively) fixed in about an hour, though I would've given 5 stars even if they couldn't have helped, for their kindness alone. It's the kind of place you'd recommend your mom or dad to go to for their tech needs. In fact, a few older people came in while I was waiting, and they were treated with such great respect and kindness by Andrew. Seems easy, right? Yup, but it's not always the case in the tech world. It was inspiring to watch. I don't know if I'll ever be back in the Denver area with tech needs, but if I am, this place will be my go-to. Great people, great work, and great name of a store! read more
