So I got a new laptop and then managed to get a pretty nasty virus within the first 24 hours...I know. I spoke with Jeri and got a very reasonable quote to have the virus removed and new virus protection installed. I got my laptop back in less time than they said and at exactly the price that I was quoted. I even received a hand written thank you note a few weeks later. I'll use Code Blue Computing for all of my computer needs going forward. read more

Very professional outfit! My former IT guy referred me to Code Blue for a laptop repair and data transfer, and I couldn't be happier. They kept me up to date regarding the status of my work order by phone as well as email, and I thought the price for everything was reasonable. Their office is located in a reconfigured business park in old Broomfield so GPS couldn't locate the address, but don't get frustrated. It's right off of Hwy 36/Wadsworth and they will send you directions with your appointment confirmation. read more

I have used different carpet cleaners in the past and it seemed that the carpet never actually got clean. A friend recommended Code Blue. My carpets look amazing! He showed up when he said he would and did not try to up-sale me on anything. Thank you read more

We've used this business for computer help for years, and suddenly when we called recently for help, were told they will no longer do work for us since our home-based business is too small for them to bother with. Would have been nice if they had informed small clients like us they were changing their business model. read more

HIGHLY Recommend CODE BLUE Computing I am the Controller of two BUICK GMC dealerships. With approximately 100 employees we are not able to hire a full -time IT Professional. As such we have used outsourced IT professionals for our IT needs. After a horribly disappointing experience with another outsourced IT firm, we replaced them with Code Blue Computing. We transitioned over 7 months ago and it's been the best decision I've ever made. From the get-go they provided an amazing level of expertise and professionalism. They dealt directly with our prior IT company making the transition for us seamless. They provided standardized forms and conventions along with an application that allows us to submit a ticket directly from our computers. This application has been invaluable to all of us but especially for our service technicians for whom downtime means less pay. Their team has been solely responsible for information safeguarding just recently required by the FTC. This required Code Blue to work directly with each and every employee to install multifactor authentication. Our assigned professional, David, was on the front lines dealing with employees unhappy about these safeguards and he handled the objections very gracefully. I can honestly say ALL of our employees like dealing with Code Blue. Everyone in their team is knowledgeable, organized and delightful-yes delightful- to work with! read more

Code Blue has been my go-to technology company for a few years. They are professional, intelligent, and never make me feel stupid with my questions about tech support. I've gotten their help for things from a computer virus to building a whole new computer from scratch. I'll never work with any other company again. read more

Code Blue Computing is the bombdotcom! Bill & his team have been my IT saviors for over a year and have gotten me out of many a jam. I have used Code Blue to repair multiple computers for my business and at home. They are responsive and competent. When my computer goes down, I can't work so they are my most important "employee" at that moment. They also do maintenance and monitoring to avoid such situations. They helped with hard drive data recovery. They were solidly skilled, very friendly, and didn't try to rip me off.

Great pricing, communication and service. I had a bad fan on my laptop which required complete disassembly to replace. They quoted a very reasonable price and fast turnaround time. They ordered the part on a Friday and had it in by Tuesday. I dropped my laptop off that afternoon and it was ready the next morning. Laptop is free of any issues now. read more

Code Blue did a great job repairing my Laptop! Highly recommend this business!

Bill and Jeri were a delight to work with. There were a couple of scheduling issues at first, but once we finally had our session, Bill was great. He was patient with all my questions and reassured me that my computer was working properly. Jeri was super nice and honestly her initial email to me and our phone conversations went a long way. I interviewed at least three different remote IT remote services before I chose Code Blue Computing. Part of the reason I chose them was because they were nice and didn't make me feel like an IT idiot. I swear I talked to one person and when I accidentally asked a rookie question about SSDs, he laughed condescendingly. Of course the actual service is a main priority of mine, but customer service goes a long way. Thank you Jeri and Bill for helping me with my computer issues and just being kind people. read more

Code Blue removed some viruses from my laptop. They were quick to get me in, kept me up to date with where they were in the process and charged a resonable price for their services. My laptop was still acting a little sluggish after I got it back (through no fault of theirs). BIll took the time to schedule a screen share with me, double checked his work and gave me some pointers to help out the speed. I'll be using them for all my IT needs! Great company to work with. read more

Bill is the owner of this firm. I had him come out to my place to pick up and repair my computer. Upon picking up my computer, I explained in detail what the issue(s) were. He told me that he needed to take the PC back to his shop for repair and I readily agreed. I have NEVER written a review but after this experience and getting burned ... I felt compelled to. My first grievance, although not major was the fact that Bill told me 3 days. It took 5-6 days. Only by my repeated calls did I learn that the repair was going to take longer that anticipated. Obviously not a big deal, but at least call me to let me know what's up. My MAJOR grievance came when he delivered my PC to my door ( a nice service I must admit) and I paid him $110 for services rendered. Within a 1/2 hour I had re-connected my PC only to find that nothing was fixed. I still had a black screen which prompted me to call Code Blue to begin with. I called him ASAP to inform him that my PC was still not fixed to which his response was nothing ... no call back! Again, I really don't have the time to write grievances every time a vendor under performs, but this was over the top and unacceptable. read more

Exceptionally friendly staff. We used the service to repair a broken laptop screen. Not only were they quick (less than 24 hours), but the cost was very reasonable. I love this place and plan to use them for other needs in the near future. read more

They replaced the fan in my laptop. We used a Yelp coupon. Great value and service. They ordered the part for me ahead of time and replaced the fan same day. I got a lot of other quotes that were so high, I thought about just buying a new laptop. Totally worth it to come here. read more

We have used Bill from Code Blue for our small business for a few years. He has always been prompt, reliable, professional and very knowledgeable. Given my positive experience with him at our office, I of course called Bill when I was having problems with my home network. I was able to get an appointment quickly. His charges were very reasonable and most importantly he fixed the problem within an hour. He even come back to my home without charge to hook up my 2 smart TVs which I had forgotten to tell him about :( to the new wi fi network. Had I called him immediately I would have saved myself many hours of stress and frustration trying to figure the problem out myself. Call Bill for your computer needs and you will not be disappointed. read more

I went in with a problem about my computer's performance do to my gpu that could have been caused by overheating or software. It cost me $100 for them to install free software, state that the benchmark fps was 20 (which is very bad), de-frag my harddrive and recommend my purchasing of a $330 ssd 1tb drive. None of this improved my performance at all and I know that my computer is capable of more. read more
