Bill and Jeri were a delight to work with. There were a couple of scheduling issues at first, but once we finally had our session, Bill was great. He was patient with all my questions and reassured me that my computer was working properly. Jeri was super nice and honestly her initial email to me and our phone conversations went a long way. I interviewed at least three different remote IT remote services before I chose Code Blue Computing. Part of the reason I chose them was because they were nice and didn't make me feel like an IT idiot. My laptop was still acting a little sluggish after I got it back (through no fault of theirs). Bill is the owner of this firm. I had him come out to my place to pick up and repair my computer. Upon picking up my computer, I explained in detail what the issue(s) were. He told me that he needed to take the PC back to his shop for repair and I readily agreed. I have NEVER written a review but after this experience and getting burned ... I felt compelled to. My first grievance, although not major was the fact that Bill told me 3 days. It took 5-6 days. Only by my repeated calls did I learn that the repair was going to take longer that anticipated. Obviously not a big deal, but at least call me to let me know what's up. My MAJOR grievance came when he delivered my PC to my door ( a nice service I must admit) and I paid him $110 for services rendered. Within a 1/2 hour I had re-connected my PC only to find that nothing was fixed. I still had a black screen which prompted me to call Code Blue to begin with. I called him ASAP to inform him that my PC was still not fixed to which his response was nothing ... no call back! Again, I really don't have the time to write grievances every time a vendor under performs, but this was over the top and unacceptable. read more

It cost me $100 for them to install free software, state that the benchmark fps was 20 (which is very bad), de-frag my harddrive and recommend my purchasing of a $330 ssd 1tb drive.
