    This review is simply not big enough to review Xfinity/Comcast as a whole. In general, I despise this entity and view them as a money sucking bottomless pit of evil. My cable keeps going up and has now eclipsed lunacy. This, however, does not overshadow some individual level efforts on the part of the employees. Today, I went in to discuss my cable bill which is now 400 dollars a month. The conversation of "cutting the cord" is being had at my house. When we entered, we were greeted by an exceptionally pleasant and well groomed young man named Tyler. You'll know him as he had a really cool handlebar type mustache that really fits him. He treated us like people. He answered our questions and helped us make an actual appointment the following day, the forty five minute wait time simply didn't fit our schedule. He made walking into the evil lair of the cable demon downright pleasant. A hard thing to do for this entity. Thank you Tyler for bringing professionalism and accommodating.

    Henry and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful! He helped us with issues we didn't know we had and ended up switching from AT&T to Verizon/Xfinity after being a loyal AT&T customer for 10+ years. Can't recommend this location enough

    This is what xfinity thinks is support to try negate negative reviews...

    Everyone at this location are untrained liars. Buyers beware. Representative told me I could bring my trade in phone back to the store after I received my new phone. After multiple trips into the store because of technical issues on their end I finally received my new phone in the mail, transferred everything to it, and when I brought the phone back for the trade in then my said they could only handle a trade in on the same day and that it was my problem now. They also added my credit card onto the account as a main form of payment instead of running the card for a single transaction for the purchase of the phone which I had to fix after so that my card wouldn't start getting charged instead of my bank account. I will never shop here again and I will be moving all of my lines off Xfinity as soon as possible as well as making sure every single human I meet for the rest of my life chooses another company to do business with. Disgusting way to handle business making promises and then blaming training and stuff arming your loyal customers. Update: after hours of waiting for xfinity to try to save face I have decided that they will be better served by the FCC, BBB, and Attorney General's Office.

    Fast service to disconnect. They also will pay back the month I paid for two days ago. Parking is kinda bad. I had to walk far.

    Honesty in their practices. Realize people over 60 do have a brain honor their advertising and respond to complaints in a timely manner

    I have been with NETEO practically from the beginning. Many years. Their service was top notch…read more Phones were always answered and the tech support people were the best. Their communication, if you sign-up, keeps you informed of the status of the complete system. That is top notch. A few folks that had been with the company for years left the company. I feel they helped get the business up and running and left it in good hands. Something has changed. The phones are no longer picked up from Tech Support, Billing, or Sales. It seems they might be short on people. If you leave a message as the system instructs, you do not hear back. You can keep calling back and no one answers once they are open. They have a service that is not within Colorado who eventually picks up the call and takes messages only. They have no information on any details of the company, just takes a message. I hope something changes in the very near future. It is not the staffs issue; they need better support. The staff is always professional and so nice. NETEO internet system itself is great. The issue is lack of communication. It was the best out there for internet service up in the foothills. The internet service itself is great and the price is very reasonable. The heart of any company is communication and that has been lacking for months now. I hope it can be corrected in the very near future.
