I've been using OTA television for about 13 years and currently have five TVs, each with its own indoor antenna. That setup worked, but I wanted to finally move to a properly installed outdoor antenna that could serve the entire house. StreamWise absolutely delivered on that. The reception from the new outdoor antenna is outstanding. Channels that could be inconsistent with the indoor antennas are now coming in extremely well, and having one properly installed antenna serving the house is a much cleaner and better solution. But surprisingly, the OTA installation may not even be the most valuable thing StreamWise did for me. Our house already had RJ45/Ethernet connections installed in multiple rooms, but they were useless because the wiring and central panel was not complete / bad. I wanted to take advantage of those connections for years because I prefer hardwired internet for stationary devices rather than having everything competing over Wi-Fi. Juanito took the time to look at the existing wiring, understand what had been done in the house, troubleshoot the panel, and get the Ethernet connections functioning. And he explained the setup so I actually understand how to manage it going forward. That is the real game changer for me. We're a family of four with a lot of connected devices, multiple TVs, streaming, security cameras, and everything else on three floors! Until now, most of that depended heavily on Wi-Fi. With the existing Ethernet infrastructure finally working, I can hardwire TVs and other high-use stationary devices (work laptop) throughout the house and reserve Wi-Fi for the devices that actually need it. That should allow me to get much more out of the internet connection I already have rather than simply paying for increasingly higher bandwidth. It also gives me the flexibility to consider lower-cost internet plans and other ISPs because the home network itself is no longer the bottleneck. That is what impressed me most about Juanito. He didn't simply show up, install the antenna I requested and leave. He recognized another problem that was important to me, took the time to work through it, fixed it, and then helped me understand the solution. That kind of service is worth calling out. So if you're considering StreamWise for an OTA antenna, I can absolutely recommend them. The antenna installation and reception have been excellent. But in my case, getting the wired network throughout my house working properly may end up being even more valuable over the long term. This is not inexpensive work especially all the things I needed help with like my RJ45 fix so I spent the money to do it right. I expect my ROI to take a few years, if not in one year if I can get the right ISP and affordable plan soon. In short, excellent work by StreamWise and especially Juanito. This was one of those service calls where I ended up getting considerably more value than I expected. Highly recommended. p.s. once I get the new internet, start seeing the savings plan to look at other options as needed. A mesh system to increase any bandwidth dead spots, I find and possibly the Tablo concept. Most likely will give Streamwise that business. I need them to stick around.

Kellin has impeccable one-on-one customer support, where you can speak with a human, and get whatever issue resolved in a timely / friendly manner. We have had very few (emphasis on "very few") issues with Kellin over the years (most were the fault of outside causes like cut cables), and when researching the competition and learning how difficult it is to reach them, and are slow to respond (especially after the initial sale has completed), we are most assuredly staying with Kellin Communications.

While we do not have great options yet, we do have fiber installation scheduled for this next year and if this is not fixed, we will certainly be moving our business.

The issue is lack of communication. It was the best out there for internet service up in the foothills. The internet service itself is great and the price is very reasonable.
