    This company is clearly a fly by night. No phone or email and they are a communications…read more company. The owner of the company or the person who claims he is the owner is not. But if the company had a phone or an email, they may know who owns what. They offer other vendors. I know these companies. they have USA based people that understand and speak your language. What a crock. Avoid this company. Bad news.

They identified themselves as a selling agent for Comcast and could handle my signup. Several times during a 4 month long process of email communications, it was comfirmed that once I had set up E-billing and AutoPay, my account would receive a $10 per month discount. When I didnt receive the discount after the 1st months billing cycle, I reached out to ClearConnect and was told that I needed to work with Comcast Billing Support. I did this and was told that it should happen by the next cycle and be retroactive. The 2nd cycle came and went without the discount, so I reached out to both companies again. ClearConnect states that I must work it out with Comcast, Comcast states that because ClearConnect set it up, they are the only ones who can rectify it! Now I am at a point where ClearConnect will not return my calls nor emails, so I have cancelled the E-bill and Auto-Pay and have a high level of frustration about being lied to by this company. Beware of ClearConnect's high pressure sales technique and broken promises!
