Based on a neighbor's referral, we called Darnell at 3D Electric to see if they had availability. They shifted some things around and were able to get their crew to our site within a week. Not only did they work quickly, the quality of their work was fantastic. Additionally, my wife is the architect on the project. Darnell and his crew made some suggestions for potential design changes for the electric work; this showed that they cared and were thoughtful about the project. My wife loved the changes and engagement. Of all the subs we have used on this project to date, 3D Electric has been, by far, the best group we have used. I highly recommend them.

Erik worked alongside his son and an apprentice, and all three were incredibly kind, polite, and easy to have in our home, even with kids around. I felt completely comfortable and trusted them enough to leave them alone in the house. They worked quickly but carefully and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. They went out of their way to minimize wall damage, including crawling through crawlspaces just to avoid unnecessary repairs. The work was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully done. Erik's pricing was shockingly fair- about a quarter of what other electricians quoted us, and the quality was truly excellent. I was so impressed that I ended up giving them additional work on the spot. Honest, respectful, and hardworking. This is the kind of electrician you hope to find, and we'll definitely be calling Erik again.

In order to stop the foreclousure we had to get the entire townhouses outlets, switches and lightfixtures rewired from aluminum to copper. My uncle was batteling early stages of dimentia and didnt know where to turn. Some of the original bids he had were absoluely highway robberey. That was when I stepped in and found Tim with Watts Up Electric. Tim was sympathetic of the aweful situation we were in. He worked dilligently to get us in compliance with the HOA . His prices were fair as he is an honest contractor. I am forever grateful that we found his company because had we not the HOA would have surely taken my Uncles home leaving him on the street. I cant say enough good things about this company. Do your homework, get estimates from a few different places . Because there is a few companies out there that will quadruple charge that is 4 times the going rate. They get away with it because we as consumers dont know any better. I can assure you that Watts Up Electric works with integrity. Their pricing is more than fair. Tim seriously saved the day. What an awesome electrician. I will never use another electrician as long as i live. I will forever use this company.

They have the perfect combination of expertise and common sense to get the job done right the first time. They're approachable, they didnt talk over my head, and I couldn't be happier with the Sonos package and speakers that they installed for me. Their installers were very precise in where they placed my speakers, how they hid the wires, and they also went out of their way to clean up after themselves throughout the install. Precision Media did a great job finding me the right, FLEXIBLE solution for my house without nickle and diming me for every little upgrade. They offer all of the skill and know how of a huge company with the customer service and follow up of a "mom and pop" store. Perfect combination. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone in the market for home audio visual services.

I don't normally post reviews, but these guys are double and triple-dipping on contracts and the owners have poor attitudes. Their staff and servicemen are reasonable and try to keep the wheels turning, but I will forever think of Precision Media as an example of what to avoid when looking for any of the services they offer. It's sad to see that companies like this exist.

I posted a request for flatscreen tv installation service a little past midnight Friday night/Saturday morning, and expected to begin receiving replies first thing in the morning. I was surprised to receive a reply from Get Smart Home less than 5 minutes later asking qualifying questions. Five minutes after replying I received a quote and commitment to install two TVs on Saturday. Vlad and Stasia text me 35 minutes before the installation appointment to alert me they were on the way. They arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism: they were courteous, well mannered, personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared with the necessary tools, supplies, blankets to lay the TVs on, and booties to cover their shoes. They reviewed the TVs and desired mounting locations, asked questions about my preferences, made recommendations, set expectations, then went to work. They were efficient -- finishing both installations and cleaning up within an hour -- and most importantly, delivered results that again exceeded expectations. I am impressed with the quality of Vlad and Stasia's work and the excellent experience of working with them. I recommend Get Smart Home without reservation and will be relying on their expertise and services for my upcoming home automation projects.
