I just want to say this company only wants to scam customers' money. I signed up for their portable WiFi before. Their sales promised I only needed a one-month free trial,no extra activation required. I could just send it back anytime if I didn't want it. I already sent the device back to their warehouse long ago, yet they refused to refund me for months. They even tried to charge me $218.30 for the device. I spent two whole hours dealing with them, and they only gave back 200 dollars, still withholding the remaining 18.30. I talked to their manager,who only made excuses saying the refund would just be delayed. I waited a whole week and still got nothing. I am extremely furious. I have followed up many times but they still refuse to return the full amount. This company is absolutely terrible,they only care about taking customers' money. I called customer service today,and they lied straight out saying the leftover amount was tax and cannot be refunded at all. Such a shameless and awful company. read more

Stopped in today for the new IPhone 15 pro and I left with an amazing deal that landed me the Apple Watch and iPad at the same time. The customer service in this store was absolutely incredible. We were greeted my Mikaela the second we walked in the door. She was all smiles and brought a ton of energy to the situation. She handled trading in my old phone, changing over my line from Metro PCS and transferring all the data from my old phone to the new one. I purchased a phone in October -- probably my fifth iPhone. It chipped at the corner in the first week, which has never happened before. That's annoying, but we live 30 miles away, so I didn't get back to the store until yesterday. Kaalon diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and sent me home in about five minutes. With a smile. My family and I came in about 2 weeks ago to look into switching our service from T-Mobile to Verizon. The ASM Gustavo helped us while training a new associate. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions as far as the promotions and device trade ins and what that process would look like. He even went above and beyond to warn us of the potentially astronomical first bill and gave a rough estimate of what we'd be looking at for the first bill, then the bills thereafter. I have never had an associate give me that kind of forewarning and I appreciated it so much because I won't be blindsided by a super high bill. read more

This store sucks. I've been in multiple times and always just tolerated it like a trip to the dmv. All three times I've walked in and waited to be greeted by an employee. Every. single. time. the employees will wait until they're done sharing a joke or a video on their phone before acknowledging me (typically with just a "what's up" nod). When I went in yesterday none of the associates were wearing masks nor gloves and customers were being allowed to riffle through the merchandise behind the counter. Went in to pay bill and ask about a promotion and Emily (manager) wasted about an hour and a half and at the end insisted my phone was cracked when she should have checked the phone first thing. She was training a new associate so he will be lost. I mentioned it was crazy glue from my case that came apart but she undone the deal we worked on for over an hour. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I specifically want to mention the store manager Austin and his boss, Emily Wantuch, who failed to do anything to account for the horrible experience I have gone through. Essentially, I was overtly manipulated by an associate to trade in my device for a new one. He explicitly told me, "why not do it since it is free?". He failed to mention ANY of the details of the exchange, including the additional fees + surcharges + new device line. In addition, the store failed to apply the promotions correctly in the first place and so I have been charged incorrectly for the past several months. When I explained the situation to the store (which I have had to do repeatedly, which is a waste of my time) they failed to address the horrible experience I had and the overt manipulation that took place. They completely invalidated my experience and denied that anything wrong had occurred. I STRONGLY advise you to stay away from this store. Oh---unless you want to be manipulated, have promotions incorrectly applied, and get NOTHING fixed by top management--then by all means, this is the store for you! Otherwise, stay away. Far. The people working in the store are typically young boys age 16 to perhaps 21 who have poor attitude and no customer service whatsoever there are a few young women that work there that happen to be quite friendly but for whatever reason these young boys are the manager and assistant managers at the store as of March 2018 repeatedly they have told me again and again that they may or may not be able to help me through whatever process it is that I'm struggling with which leaves me to wonder why the hell I even went there in the first place I will be searching for a Nother Verizon location and hoping to God the same type of person does not occupy the The customer facing roles. read more

I agree with everyone here. The people who work here really shouldn't have a job. And it's not that it's not a corporate store. What happened to customer service skills? Who is the manager here because he/she obviously hasn't trained the employees well. I have been to this store 3 times, had a young guy help me (only helpful one I have dealt with) and two woman. Both woman were too busy listening to music and on their phone to pay attention to the customers and when you ask them something they are very short with you and act like your bothering them. They shouldn't be working here. And it's the same employees working their everytime so there shouldn't be any confusion. She didn't have a name tag or I would call her out on here, but has a butch type haircut and very rude. I won't be going in here anymore and I hope that everyone who reads this won't either because your wasting your breathe and gas driving here. Don't waste your time going here if you need to do anything other than buy a phone or pay your bill. My boyfriend's phone hasn't been working so we went here on 3/7/2015 to see what we could do at around 11:15am. When we went in there were 2 other people and it didn't look like anyone was being helped. We finally spotted the employee hiding in a corner on her phone. We waited for her to approach us and when she did, she was beyond rude, asking us if we had a "quick question" as if those were the only ones we could ask. We told her about the problems we were having and she didn't even attempt to pretend she cared, she just said nope, nothing we can do. Turns out there was a bunch of options she could have offered us as we found out at a Verizon store with much better customer service. She just didn't want to actually do her job. read more

I've been here for a over four hours today, and I'm STILL waiting for someone to take care of me (mind you they closed at 7pm and it's now after 750pm.) The employees are extremely rude, uneducated about Verizon products, and total scammers. They lie to make commission. They are NOT a corporate store and they can charge anything they want while adding on their own additional fees. Do not sign a contract with them. Go to a corporate store. This place is a SCAM- They present themselves as a true Verizon store but they are not they are privately owned and are not a corporate store. With that being said if you get on the verizon edge program be careful they mark up their phones over $100 more expensive than verizon. You wont see this till it is too late. On top of that once you do realize they charge a $50 restocking fee and tell you that's what Verizon charges. After talking to Verizon they restock fee is only $35 so they mark that up on you too. We brought this to the managers attention and she told us they were closing early and kicked us out of the store so we couldn't even return the phones. This place is a total scam!!!!!!!! read more

Went in to finish setting up my new phone I purchased online. Upon my purchase I was under the impression I selected to update my plan and get full coverage on my new phone. Once I got to the store they informed me that the insurance and my plan update hadn't gone through. Taylor and Alexis both helped me, got me a discounted bundle, insurance on my phone, and a better update to my plan. Another sales associate actually showed me the hum app on her phone and explained how it works. I work in the automotive industry and was excited to use and install my new hum device. The staff at this store is awesome! I will be back for all my Verizon related needs and ask for Taylor or Alexis! read more

I went into this location a few days ago, desperately needing a new phone. My two year contract was up, so I glanced online at what phones I could get for free or cheap with a new signed contract. The top two were the $10 iphone 5c, and the Droid Max. I wanted to go with the droid since I had never been much of an apple person, but I was told this had to be a special order that could take weeks to get in, so I decided to go with the iphone. Matt asked me what color I wanted, and I went with blue. He asked me what accessories I wanted right after, and I bought a $35 dollar case, and a 40 dollar glass screen protector. He then proceeded to take 30 minutes applying said screen protector, even getting the manager's assistance to make sure it was on there perfect. After this, I was asked to sign my life away, agree to a $50 return fee if not satisfied in 14 days, and pay for everything which came out to around $87 dollars. Thinking I was in the home stretch, he then says he's going to transfer all my contacts and info from my old HTC rezound to my new phone. He asked me how many pictures I had, which I replied quite a few, since I had the phone for over 3 years. maybe 5-600 pictures. How much storage had I used? I told him I couldn't remember, and rather than at any point checking to see how much storage I actually used, he just assumed it would be fine. 20 minutes later into the phone transfer, he informs me there is absolutely no way everything will fit on my iphone. not even close to HALF of my information could be put onto it. He THEN decides to check how much storage I used on my HTC and it was about 16 gigs. the iphone 5c is only an 8 gig phone, and only has about 6.5 after the software is installed. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW BEFORE I PURCHASED IT. It was his responsibility to inform the customer of the specifications of their product and whether or not it will work for you. All he told me? "Do you want the blue, or the white one?" that's it. The kicker is the manager on duty came over to see what the trouble was...(she was sitting 10 feet away the entire time this transaction was going down) and says in a very condescending tone, "Well, that's what you get for getting a $10 phone." I left the store with what they could fit on my new iphone, feeling humiliated and disappointed that I would be stuck with this POS for the next 2 years. I informed my fiance of my struggle, and he was insistent that we return to the store and get me something that would work better. The next evening, we returned with all of my paperwork and accessories to state my case, and hopefully get the $50 fee waived for lack of knowledge to what I was buying in the first place. It ended with the manager denying everything she said last night, and getting the fee only knocked down to $35 with the screen protector non-refundable of course. Matt, the one who sold me the phone, was there as well, but refused to back-up my story. We left that place, swearing to never return to a non-corporate Verizon location again, and went straight to the apple store to buy my iphone 6 which I couldn't be happier with.
