I was in the middle of a Doordash my phone locked up on me I drove to my local Cricket store and…read moreseen the store clerk whom I had done business with a few times (Anjel) and another store associate standing out front. I said hey my phone locked up on me can you can help me fix it. Anjel said in the most sarcastic tone do you want to buy a new phone? I told you before that phone is not going to support Doordash. I never had that conversation with him and that was not the case I was confused to why he was talking to me like that. I said no I think I need to reset my phone because it locked up on me this phone definitely works I just think I did something to it. Anjel pressed the button and it worked I think I just locked it up on my own accord I was expecting Anjel to say let's go in and take a look at it not be talked in such a sarcastic tone said to Anjel did I say something to offend you? He and his coworker said to me that I said my phone is not working fix it. I would never in a million years treat an employee anywhere like that. I have been a customer service agent for 30 years now I know what it's like to be treated poorly by customers I called my husband to come to the store to be witness to the way I was being talked to he is also a long time customer. Anjel and his coworker were thick as theives and sticking to their story they told my husband I grudgingly approached them and (demanded) it be fixed. My husband even knows I don't talk to people like that he was shocked they were saying that about me. I told Anjel I spent $500 last year on phones multiple lines and $300 plus this year and don't appreciate being talked to like that he interupted me and said it doesn't matter how much you spent I'm not apologizing. Anjel and his coworker said he did nothing wrong and refused to apologize for the behavior and said to me why did you bring this guy (my husband) in to the store with you? As if to say what is my husband going to do about it. I wanted my husband to witness how I was being talked to my husband was very polite but still shocked witnessing the way I was being talked to by the store clerks. I have had my Cricket account for 13 years. I have never been treated so poorly. I could only speculate that these two clerks feel there employer will not repromend them for poor customer service.

I called and explained the situation. My friend miss typed her lock screen password. I asked him…read more"Jaun the manager" for a factory reset. He stated " we'll have to find a video that says how to do it. " So they obviously don't know there own product. We went in , and asked for his help. He was so rude . My friend started to cry. He came back with. " I'm not talking to both of you. Which one am I talking to!" I told him that I had just called, and needed a factory reset. Hard reset. He said that he could not do that. My friend then told them . That if she couldn't get the phone to work. She wanted to return it. He refused instantly. I will never do business with that store ever again. The sales associate was rude also. Like she was disturbed from taking a nap. For customer service. This store should not be in business. I've done over 30 years in customer service. This is not allowed. Taking it to corporate. All else said, I found the video. Reset the phone myself. This is a very bad store! For you emotional safety. Do not shop there! As we all know. They will not let you rate them negative. If I could , It would be a negative 10 stars.

I can't select zero stars. I've never watched someone treat a person so poorly. Sierra was…read moreincredibly rude to another customer while I was waiting to be helped. The other customer came in to pay his prepaid bill. He wanted to pay his bill in cash. The other associate informed him that they would not be able to give change so he needed to make sure he had the exact amount. The customer was confused, he asked what happens with my change. That is when Sierra interrupted and says that it's tax. The customer then asked, "so I then get taxed twice? Once on my bill then on the $80 I want to pay. What is that?" Sierra responds with,"well that's Uncle Sam!" What an incredibly rude thing to say. The customer was noticeably confused and was asking for explication. Sierra was so terrible to this customer who just wanted to pay his bill. We decided that we no longer wanted to wait to be helped. There were two associates here today. Sierra and another. From the moment we walked in Sierra had been sitting at a table helping another customer call customer service. Meanwhile the other associate sat at the neighboring table. They told us they would be with us in a moment. I did inform Sierra that I felt the way she handled the situation was not great and I tried to let her know where the confusion was, but she could care less. She kept a smile on her face and essentially told me she would not change the error of her ways.

My husband and I came in store to trade his phone for the new Pro Max over the weekend. When we…read morewalked in we were not greeted but instead were hit with "do you have a mask?" Andrew is handling our transaction today and was extremely unpleasant to the point where I literally have nothing good to say. There was not a single smile on his face or in his tone. He didn't ask about what we were interested in or even have that "retaily friendly curiosity small talk." Instead, he tapped his foot, made little eye contact, checked his phone a bunch, pushed extremely hard to upgrade services, buy accessories - things we actually may have been interested in if he didn't put such a sour taste in our mouth. I came back today to turn in the old phone and had the exact same experience. I have worked in retail management for 10 years, I would be making changes if I knew attitudes like this were happening in my stores. This is a great example of how not to do things and how not to treat people.
