My brother and I recently had an amazing experience here! We came in one day when the power was out and your associate Nick was so so sweet in explaining the situation. While we weren't able to do anything that day due to the power being out, we specifically came back when we knew Nick was working because he left that great of an impression. On the day we did come back, Nick was absolutely amazing. We found out he was actually new and I was completely shocked because of how well-versed and educated he was on everything! He made our experience smooth and honestly enjoyable. Thank you again Nick!! I just want to say this company only wants to scam customers' money. I signed up for their portable WiFi before. Their sales promised I only needed a one-month free trial,no extra activation required. I could just send it back anytime if I didn't want it. I already sent the device back to their warehouse long ago, yet they refused to refund me for months. They even tried to charge me $218.30 for the device. I spent two whole hours dealing with them, and they only gave back 200 dollars, still withholding the remaining 18.30. I talked to their manager,who only made excuses saying the refund would just be delayed. I waited a whole week and still got nothing. I am extremely furious. I have followed up many times but they still refuse to return the full amount. This company is absolutely terrible,they only care about taking customers' money. I called customer service today,and they lied straight out saying the leftover amount was tax and cannot be refunded at all. Such a shameless and awful company. read more

Sam and Nick helped me out after I spent a day panicked and crying cause T-Mobile wiped my phone number/service and couldn't get it back. Quite literally had no idea what to do. I went into this store asked if they could transfer my number & wrote down exactly what I needed. I (reluctantly) had to go physically get it from a different T-Mobile store. Went back to Verizon and even though they were closing in 20 min Nick got me a new phone, wrote out pricing for me, swapped all my stuff, and did not complain once! Saved the day, me from losing my number, and helped me not potentially lose out on the clients I gave 1,500 business cards out to last weekend at pride. Today I visited this Verizon location to help my father purchase a new phone. Upon entering we noticed only two sales reps working. We were told we would be helped shortly, as my father and I waited my father needed to use the restroom. My father went to the back of the store to find the restroom as he was looking for the restroom a sales rep with skater hair and big gauges in his ears said " Bro, that's our back room you can't go back there" as I watched this happen I was upset because this is my 50 year old dad just trying to find a restroom before spending over $1000.00 on a phone. The boy with gauges then told my dad "Yeah, you need to go next store and use their restroom". I understand if you don't have a restroom for clients, but as a sales rep myself I would NEVER speak to a client like this. Unprofessional is underplaying the situation that happened. My father and I both exited the store and because I was so upset I entered the store again and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager is on vacation by the 2nd sales rep, I told him that I was here to purchase in cash a $1000.00 phone and my dad can't use the restroom is absurd. The boy told me that the restroom was actually out of commission and they were trying to fix it. I told him that the would have been a MUCH better explanation then turning my dad away to use another businesses restroom where he wouldn't be purchasing anything. I would not recommend going to this Verizon store. Unprofessional kids working here. It is much easier to to talk to a nice rep on the phone, if you most go to a Verizon store I recommend 52nd in Kipling. read more

This place lacked professionalism, ability to serve the customer and, in the end I left after two hours without a new device and my old equipment was not restored properly. Employees treat you as an inconvenience. I was told I could order a phone and it would come in two days. I still have not received it and was told by Sunshine that she didn't have time to call on it and even if UPS delivers it, I may not get it that day because she has to log the entire shipment in. She didn't have time to call UPS, let alone log an entire shipment in. Not sure when I will get my phone as the employees don't seem to care since they have already made the sale. read more

After an awful experience at the Lafayette, CO Verizon retailer, this Verizon location is amazing. During my first visit, Nicholas went out of his way to ensure that I had everything I needed for my phone to get up and running. He spent over an hour with me, and ensured that all of my questions were answered. Today, my husband and I went in to upgrade our phones, and again, Nicholas was extremely helpful, spending an enormous amount of time with us. Aidan was also working with us, and he was fantastic. They truly cared about our needs (I run a small business) and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Thanks! read more

STAY AWAY! If I could give negative stars for this review I would. I spent 7 hours trying to fix the mess that this "company" made. Went into the store in good faith after store rep, Alex, gave me a quote for services and 3 new iPhones. Should have known something was wrong when Alex called me and told me he didn't order the right colors of the phones we wanted so he decided we'd be fine with black. This is where it goes to hell. Went into this Cellular Plus store and got everything ported over from my previous carrier only to find out that my bill was going to be $150 higher than what was quoted. The store manager, Michael, kept saying the things Alex promised could not be given (promotions, discounts, etc.). I was lied to and bamboozled by this scam of a company. After returning everything since they could not match the price they had promised only 1 week prior, I was told I would have to go back to my previous carrier to get my services restored there. I got to my previous carrier only to find out that Michael and his deceptive store reps deliberately disconnected my phone number from the system so that my number no longer existed. It took me 3 hours on hold with Verizon and with Michael before my number was magically restored and turned back on. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge me $100 activation fee when I had the phones and Verizon service for all of 5 minutes. This store should be shut down for deceptive business practices and Michael should NEVER be allowed to "manage" ANYTHING ever. This is the WORST customer "service" experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. read more

This is a really late review, but it came across my mind and pissed me off, so what better opportunity to write it down to get off my chest. I was in here a year or 2 ago. I've been meaning to come back in to pay my lease off and switch plans but my last experience here was uncomfortable and weird. Came in here with my mom and I guess covid was still a thing and was told that my mom couldnt come in with me to help me pay for my new phone. As we were trying to ask why, this weird kid Romeo kept whipping around in his chair to stare us down and give us nasty looks. We Ignored it and continued with my new phone lease with the nice lady trying to do her job, my mom asking questions with another associate. Romeo kept whipping around in his chair to throughout eavesdropping to argue with her (my mom) the entire time about this and that, covid protocols and her phone plan. Lol. He was being so rude and wasn't even our sales associate. He even made her cry at one point refusing to leave her alone... She went on to ask him if he could back off because we had to put our cat down that morning so the day was already unfortunate, but he remained recalcitrant and argumentative. I really hope this kid doesn't work here anymore. He was absolutely horrid. Didn't seem like a supervisor was on duty that day, because everybody on the floor was just letting this snot-nosed kid rip her to shreds and not saying anything. GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE INSTEAD OF THIS VERIZON AUTORIZED RETAILER. YOU WILL WASTE A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY HERE. these guys (Joslyn was who I dealt with most) talked like they knew what they were doing, but it turns out they just say what they need to in order to make a sale. I was told and did paperwork for a $750 trade in credit for my phone and a plan upgrade. they couldn't tell me the difference between "do more" and "play more" plan at the time I had to select. a month later when i start getting my new verizon bills, I'm backcharged another $250 on my phone trade-in...Verizon says it is because the paperwork doesn't match my phone (the only phone I have on my account) and that the store needs to do paperwork to straighten it out. then I ask verizon about the plan: they said I picked the wrong one of course, the other one would have given me disney plus and hulu free for life... too late to change (of course) so there is another few hundred wasted due to incompetence. Now I'm still trying to get the $250 straightened out but it seems like it's just my problem to deal with instead of Joslyn and the store's : "you'll have to call customer service about that, we did what we were supposed to". read more

Sales rep at this store lied to me saying my Cell phone software was no longer going to be supported, that I'd start experiencing dropped calls and txt msg, that I must upgrade right away. He then changed a setting on my cell so I'd experience frustration and believe his story that I needed to upgrade. I became suspicious after a few days of my cell not working well, called Verizon Customer service. Customer service confirmed my cell's software is still supported, they would never force me to upgrade and showed me the setting changed by the sales rep that caused me great frustration. Verizon called manager of this store to inform of sales rep's unethical practice. read more

This review relates to Verizon in general, moreso than this store. But this location hasn't been the most helpful either. After several years of dealing with Verizon's terrible phone service - I cannot have a phone conversation without calling several times - I have had it. It's not like I live in the Outback or something; I live in Arvada (pop. 120,000). Denver metro area. Come on; Verizon shouldn't be so expensive or have such ridiculously poor service. I have kept their service because I travel to rural areas where Verizon was the only choice, but I can no longer connect to anyone from there either. They claim that they're "upgrading" to 5g. Hah. Six months later and nothing. I have tried boosters and new phones, but to no avail. While traveling internationally, the service works until you get lost and need a map (for international "service" you will pay $100s), then forget about it. At home, the only way to talk to anyone is climb on the roof of my house and call back every 45 seconds. Maybe it's time to go back to smoke signals. Oh, I like the store personnel, they have been very friendly and tried to help, just have been unsuccessful... I would give them 3 stars. read more
