The only thing that I didn't like is that they took out our name in our situation, but we waited more than 20 minutes until I spoke up and asked how how much longer our weight would be well that's when the manager decided that he was gonna come over and handle the situation himself, which is good because I don't think anybody else would've been able to figure out the situation as quickly and efficiently as he did! You know, patience is always a virtue when you have to be out and handling business the world has become a little crazier so the more patience and the more niceness you have the better things will be the store gets really busy and I'm very thankful that I was able to get my situation taken care of that day and didn't have to buy a new phone or anything else ! The store is very well maintained and clean and very stopped. The sales rep told me after the fact that the AI sales tool must have added the extra services automatically.. I suspect they get commissions and bonuses based on signing people up for these ads-on services. Watch out for that! They don't tell you that these add-on services are so cheap because they include ads, and are not the ad-free version that one normally has. I should have known better when the quote the sales rep gave me was hand-written on a piece of paper instead of a formal quote on a Verizon letterhead. Buyer beware when you go here!

The employee who helped me that evening was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, friendly, patient, and took the time to help me set up my new phone. Before I left, he even told me that if I needed any more help, I could come back the next day. That level of customer service was truly appreciated. So I returned on July 22, 2026. The employee who had helped me the day before was busy assisting another customer, so a different employee--a taller man with a beard--came to help me instead. Unfortunately, the experience couldn't have been more different. From the beginning, he seemed like he didn't want to help. He wasn't welcoming or friendly, gave very short answers, and repeatedly looked at his watch while I was trying to explain my issue, even though it was only around 3:00 p.m. and nowhere near closing time. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that I didn't even want to ask any more questions. Most disappointing of all, he didn't solve my problem or offer any alternative solutions. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported, and he could clearly tell I was upset. I want to be clear that this review is not about the entire staff. The employee who helped me on July 21 was outstanding and represents the kind of customer service customers hope to receive. Unfortunately, the employee with the beard gave the exact opposite experience. He came across as uninterested, unhelpful, and unwilling to put in the effort to assist a customer. Original sales person moved onto a different store - spoke to replacement and he put me in contact with the business manager who now says she doesn't manage that store- Put in contact with her replacement and have text string saying he would have this resolved in 2-3 weeks. I've reached out 4-5 times (calling and texting), no response. Victra is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to represent Verizon.
