Ashley is a gem. I had intermittent service on the modem and had just replaced it a few days ago,…read moreinternet going strong for a day and a half and then no service. Brought it back, Ashley replaced it.. went home to set it up and having similar issues.... went back, she replaced it again. Kinda bummed that I had to wait both times but it's to be expected showing up here on a Saturday. Glad that the 2nd time I came back Ashley had me take 2 different modem models to try in case one just doesn't work out. Glad I didn't have to go back the third time. She provided great service. On a side note for Comcast: I do wish the technician that gets sent out to homes would bring the equipment to replace vs having to come by to test the service and then if the equipment is still faulty to bring it back to the store... seems like a waste of time. I do hope that Comcast would change up their service models and ensure techs to be one stop shop when possible.

It's annoying to not be able to call and schedule an appointment. If I try on line I have to go…read morethrough troubleshooting first which usually brings no resolution - just makes me wait. When I finally get the automated phone system I again have to wait 20 minutes for a live person to call me back. My time is just as important as theirs though no one seems to think so in their organization. I finally have a technician arriving in 4 days ...
