Glad that the 2nd time I came back Ashley had me take 2 different modem models to try in case one just doesn't work out. Glad I didn't have to go back the third time. She provided great service. On a side note for Comcast: I do wish the technician that gets sent out to homes would bring the equipment to replace vs having to come by to test the service and then if the equipment is still faulty to bring it back to the store... seems like a waste of time. I do hope that Comcast would change up their service models and ensure techs to be one stop shop when possible.
