I called ahead and asked about it and the guy I spoke to said it would cost $135 for parts and labor and it would take 6 hours to fix. Price was fine because the Thunderbolt is discontinued. I brought my phone in only to find out that they'd have to special order the parts and that they wouldn't be available for a week. No one had mentioned this fact in the numerous phone calls I'd made to them. They also informed me that it was REALLY going to cost $165. I put a deposit on the piece and left. A week later the part came in. The girl who works in the store called and said the guy who would fix it would be in the next day and I could bring my phone to get it fixed. My husband dropped my phone off that night so they could start work on it early the next morning. They said they'd call when it was done. A couple hours before the close of the business day, we called to see if it was ready and they said "need a couple more hours". Called later and they said "right before closing or early the next morning". It WAS done before closing, but we only found this out because we went in to find out. They'd called and left the message saying it was ready ON THE CELL PHONE THEY WERE WORKING ON! This was 27 hours later, not the six like they'd said. We paid the rest and left. We were barely outside the store when I noticed that the kickstand on the back was all bent out of shape and didn't lay flat against the phone anymore. NOW the back of the phone is COMING OFF because they bent it all to hell. In retrospect, maybe I should have just paid for a new phone at Verizon and saved myself the trouble. Complete incompetence should be avoided at all costs, even if it means paying for a new phone. I could understand the delay if they were busy but we'd never seen anyone besides ourselves in the store any time we'd been in. No excuse for destroying my phone. The broken screen was better than what it is now. DON'T BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! RUN AWAY!

The only thing that I didn't like is that they took out our name in our situation, but we waited more than 20 minutes until I spoke up and asked how how much longer our weight would be well that's when the manager decided that he was gonna come over and handle the situation himself, which is good because I don't think anybody else would've been able to figure out the situation as quickly and efficiently as he did! You know, patience is always a virtue when you have to be out and handling business the world has become a little crazier so the more patience and the more niceness you have the better things will be the store gets really busy and I'm very thankful that I was able to get my situation taken care of that day and didn't have to buy a new phone or anything else ! The store is very well maintained and clean and very stopped. The employee who helped me that evening was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, friendly, patient, and took the time to help me set up my new phone. Before I left, he even told me that if I needed any more help, I could come back the next day. That level of customer service was truly appreciated. So I returned on July 22, 2026. The employee who had helped me the day before was busy assisting another customer, so a different employee--a taller man with a beard--came to help me instead. Unfortunately, the experience couldn't have been more different. From the beginning, he seemed like he didn't want to help. He wasn't welcoming or friendly, gave very short answers, and repeatedly looked at his watch while I was trying to explain my issue, even though it was only around 3:00 p.m. and nowhere near closing time. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that I didn't even want to ask any more questions. Most disappointing of all, he didn't solve my problem or offer any alternative solutions. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported, and he could clearly tell I was upset. I want to be clear that this review is not about the entire staff. The employee who helped me on July 21 was outstanding and represents the kind of customer service customers hope to receive. Unfortunately, the employee with the beard gave the exact opposite experience. He came across as uninterested, unhelpful, and unwilling to put in the effort to assist a customer. I hope management recognizes the difference between these two experiences. Great employees deserve recognition, and employees who consistently make customers feel like they're a burden should be coached to provide better customer service.
