I just want to say this company only wants to scam customers' money. I signed up for their portable WiFi before. Their sales promised I only needed a one-month free trial,no extra activation required. I could just send it back anytime if I didn't want it. I already sent the device back to their warehouse long ago, yet they refused to refund me for months. They even tried to charge me $218.30 for the device. I spent two whole hours dealing with them, and they only gave back 200 dollars, still withholding the remaining 18.30. I talked to their manager,who only made excuses saying the refund would just be delayed. I waited a whole week and still got nothing. I am extremely furious. I have followed up many times but they still refuse to return the full amount. This company is absolutely terrible,they only care about taking customers' money. I called customer service today,and they lied straight out saying the leftover amount was tax and cannot be refunded at all. Such a shameless and awful company. read more

ZERO STARS IF ALLOWED FOR THE VERIZON STORE - 2ND FLOOR Aurora Mall  June 17, 2023 I was, it seems, scammed into a Verizon business plan that never really happened.   Then I was offered a Galaxy Tab that I  didn't need, and a Galaxy watch that I did not need, for free as incentives.  I was told that I would get faster speeds with this plan and discounts on accessories.  It seemed like a nobrainer, then the next day, a scam. Pedro D, a short Latino guy with a beard  told me that it was free, then later dropped a charge of $40 to activate the Galaxy Tab that I didn't need.   Then he changed his mind about the free Galaxy Watch when I refused to get a new line for the watch.   Keep in mind that I went in to get a phone holder for my phone, not for any of this.  When I told the young Latino guy that I worked for Instacart Pedro D  scammed me into a business plan with these 2 free items.   Pedro  said that he would call the next day to confirm the transfer to a business plan with faster speed.  He did not.   I called Verizon directly, and they told me that no such plan was in their system and that they had no record of what happened.  They also could not understand why I was charged $40 to set up a Galaxy Tab that had no line attached.  Additionally the phone holder for the car did not work.  So I decided to  return everything.   This time there was a big Black guy there, Rodney C., with the short Latino guy.   I returned the phone holder.  Then Pedro,  the short Latino guy  insulted me several times.  ...Telling me that Verizon reps were clueless and that they "played with my mind".  I'm 63.  He's about 29 years old.   Pedro  then said that he's not going to waste time explaining to me what I won't understand.  He went further to say that just because I older doesn't mean that I know more that he does.  At this point, Rodney,  the big Black guy, was verbally offensive as well. I told Pedro to take everything back, including the Galaxy Tab.  I had repacked it, factory resetted it, and sanitized it.  I had never used it.  I possessed it for less than 24 hours! Pedro  assessed a $50 restocking fee.  I refused and left it in the store.   Now, Rodney, the Black guy started threatening me about leaving the Galaxy Tab in the store.  ...Saying that if I left the Tab in the store, he would give it away and I would still be responsible.   I left it, then Rodney threw it out the store into the mall through way floor.  I slid it back a few times.  Everything he kicked the boxed Galaxy Tab out the door until they shut there store gates.  It was left on the floor I have pictures and videos of everything that occurred.   I will post this testimonial about the Verizon Store in Aurora (Town & Country Mall) to Google Reviews, Yelp, and with the BBB.  ...copy and paste  THIS STORE IS NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE.  THE COMPANY NAME IS VICTRA.   I had a horrible experience. I am not finished fighting either.  I will report a complaint to Verizon Corporate, the Colorado Attorney General, and to Victra Corporate offices. I went in to see if I can get a deal on a phone since mine is ancient and has been failing me, Isaac (manager of the store or the only employee there?) was incredibly helpful, patient with everyone, knowledgeable and quick. He did such a good job that I encouraged my parents to upgrade their phones as well. We could've done all this (I think) directly through Verizon, but I definitely preferred to give my business to Isaac since he's such an awesome and helpful guy. The store typically does have a wait since there's an employee shortage, but Isaac treats everyone with kindness and helps them to the best of his ability. He provides options, asks questions, and works with the customer to provide the best solution. If I was hiring - I'd hire Isaac all day. read more

These people are amazing and outstanding! They're a company that sells Verizon phones and products, and they assist people (like me) who already have Verizon phones. We were out of our neighborhood when we took my husband's computer to Falcon Computers (see my review) to get it fixed the other day, and we asked if there was a Verizon store nearby. There was - just across Tower Road. I was having a problem with my new android smartphone memory (apparently a clash between apps). I've never had a phone like this and I love it, but am still learning about it. Anyway I went in just to get some free advice, not even to spend any money. They were very courteous and friendly, and spent a lot of time getting my phone fixed. They were also very knowledgeable, efficient, and patient - it was just a very complicated problem. And they gave me information to keep the problem from happening again, and answered some other questions I had. Alex even gave me his card and told me to be sure to call him if I needed more help with my phone. I've never seen any Verizon store (or Verizon-related store) like this one. These are very special people to seriously help me, with no hope of me buying anything from them that day (and they didn't try to sell me anything either). But in the future, whenever we need anything Verizon, I'm going back there, even though they're almost 9 miles from my house. I very highly recommend them!!! read more

She really knew what she was talking about, answered every question I had, very knowledgeable and smart. The staff was very kind towards me and didn't make me feel like an idiot "even though I asked more questions then an 8 year old". I'd recommend this store to anybody. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I joined Verizon in October, was told a reasonable monthly amount for my new plan with them. I have since been charged $100+ more every month since I was quoted. I have now been over charged by $600+ and CAN NOT get anyone on the phone at this location to help. I spend most of my work day attempting to contact these people to get an update on when my bill will reflect correctly, only to have to take more time out of my day to go into this location. I am then told their issue is still not fixed and I have to wait even longer. In tough times with Covid imagine being OVER charged anywhere from $100-$300 for your monthly bill. I have even tried texting to this location only to have them contact me via text DAYS LATER. Very disappointed in what seems to be a lack of effort and empathy to resolve this issue for my family. read more

A few minutes looking at the Verizon website or talking to other Verizon customers will make you just as much as an expert as the Verizon store employee I encountered. After a VERY long day my son dropped and shattered his I-phone...we hopped in the car and went to GoWireless (it was in the neighborhood and still open late on a Sunday afternoon) and had the opportunity to work with Colter F. I went into this location around 11 am and I guess their was only one salesman working at the time and he was with another customer. I told him I just needed a new screen protector for my iPhone 10. The salesman told me he would get to me in a few minutes. I waited for 10 minutes while the salesman explained to the other customer how to work different functions on her watch. They were so involved with one another I decided screw it, I'll just order it online. On my way out the salesman said "oh I was going to help you in a few minutes." I said "it's already been a few minutes and I need to get to work." Either teach your staff to multi task or hire another agent. read more

I came into this store and there was one guy working by himself. He was on the phone with a customer along with helping myself and another guy. I came into switch carriers and thought this is going to suck and take forever! This guy who's name is Ace was able to help all 3 customers out at the same time and some how provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Ace did not get frustrated once and went above and beyond for each customer. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and came unprepared! Ace gave her his phone to watch a movie on because I had broken my phone! I highly recommend going and seeing Ace! I'm sure everyone at the store is great but Ace is my guy! Purchased a New Note 4 from Store manager.. Less than 24 hours later returned to have my personal contacts and messages installed on new Note. They were unable to perform this for me and when asked if I could have my old phone back to get my contacts they told me that they had sent it to corporate. I asked if they could retrieve it and they said 'No'. All personal contacts, and messaging history is gone, family friends, everything. Don't ever go to this store unless you want the same to happen to you. Very unprofessional for them to not hold an old phone for at least 24 hours to ensure problems do not arise. read more
