Horrible location! I walked in with a cracked phone and the sales rep told me I did not have insurance. She advised me to get a new phone and set up a third line reassuring me it would be the same as what i was previously paying. Once the bills started coming in I realized something was wrong. When I called the support line I was informed i had insurance that day when i walked in and the sales rep had me paying double everything. They took full advantage of a consumer!! will never go back to this location! I have called and emailed this location hoping to resolve till this day and still have not heard back! read more

My billing has been wrong since may 2021. I upgraded to iPhone 11 and bought two watches under a promotion around Mother's Day with 300$ pricing on both phones. They have been billing me for 650$ phones and they can't seem to figure it out. When I came to AT&T in 2009 it was for the iPhone not for the company or customer service. While the phone gets decent service at my home the issues with connectivity and service in other locations will have me gladly leaving when this contract fiasco has expired. I had been with Verizon previously for about 10 years the customer service both domestically and internationally is aweful. The company has no quality standards or training and problems are constant. I hear from other dissatisfied direct Rv, land line, uverse and cellular customers everyday and I share their pain. This company stock has earned its poor valuation and abysmal reputation from decades of mismanagement and poor vision by leadership. Buyer beware. Find alternatives. read more

Went into this store location to get an upgrade and received really good customer service. The rep who name was Arsean.W, was personable, asked me great questions and really figured out what I needed and tailored the plan to suit my needs. What I appreciated most was the fact the rep was honest and upfront and explained all the fees to me. He helped me get into a new IPhone 11 pro and helped me leverage some trade in credit that I didn't even know was available. This is a really good location and the staff there seem to actually care about their customers needs. So far I've recommended my family there. read more

A relatively new employee, her name is Hope, went above and beyond for me, I purchased a new iPhone and she did all the transferring of data seamlessly and quickly plus got me a credit for my old, non-functional phone. She was so nice I almost asked her on a date. Really an exceptional human, her associate was also awesome with helping me find the best phone case and screen protector. With these two employees working, AT&T should thank them or send them on vacation somewhere nice. Amazing experience. read more

If you enjoyed being hustled/conned into a plan this is your place. One star is too much for this location. I asked for a breakdown of their plans and was told they didn't have anything visual for me to see, so Tay & the "manager" wrote the unlimited plan out for me. Throwing out all kinds of discounts/credits to sweeten the deal, I should have known they were hustling this sale. Signed up, got my first bill to realize I was lied to. I called the main AT&T line to ask about it to be told to go into the store. I was greeted by Tay, where I asked him about the situation and presented him with the exact paper he wrote breaking down my plan. He proceeded to try and cover his ass with another lie. He did nothing to try and fix the situation, never admitting fault. Terrible business. After two calls to the main line, I was able to get this taken care. These guys clearly make some kind of commission and will lie their way into locking you into a contract. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location where they won't scam you. read more

I was lied to repeatedly by the store associate AND ONE OF THE MANAGERS. I was told a screen protector and phone case were included(not offered to me) in my smartphone upgrade charge fee, only to learn I was charged for them. When I got home to register my screen protector they required a copy of my bill. I WAS CHARGED 49.99 FOR EACH ACCESSORY. I called the store and spoke to a manager about this problem. They gave me some lame excuse and now they "zeroed out some of the fees and "waved" the smart phone upgrade fee so they could include the accessories". One week later the 30$ upgrade fee showed up on my bill. I called and spoke to corporate AT&T and another AT&T authorized retailer about this situation. I learned from those calls I was completely lied to and coerced into buying accessory products I didn't even have to buy in the first place. That they try to sell bundle accessories but never require to purchase, and they way this store went about it was not handled well or upfront. I should have been charged the 30$ smartphone upgrade and taxes on price of the phone and that's it. I called and spoke to the associate that helped me and confront her on this information, and she continued to lie to me. She told me "it is our policy, and you have to buy a screen protector or you cannot take the phone right then, and it would have to be sent in the mail. That same associate told me the older cheaper iPhones I was looking at to buy, weren't in store and had to be mailed. I reviewed the contract and return policy. They "INSIST AND ITS THEIR POLICY" you buy the screen protector, and after reviewing the return policy, screen protectors are non refundable. I'm so discussed with my experience at this store I wanted to return everything. I would be charged a $45 return fee on the phone, and stuck with a screen protector I can't return on a phone I no longer have. Down 95$ in 45$ return fee and $50 useless screen protector, on a 100$ charge for accessories I was coerced into buy, really what's the point in returning. It's unbelievable read more
