If someone comes up to you with the name Brandon, don't waste your time and head out the door, from the get go instead of The usually friendly manner I get from people at T-Mobile and from their call in service, I got an attitude of "if your not going to give me a sale I'm not going to work" I'm not even upset by what the outcome was to my problem but the way it was put forth and the way he was the whole time made me regret buying a phone from him and allowing him to get commission. I spoke with the manager who took no responsibility for making it worse and said they couldn't fix it. He said sometime components break. T-Mobile is now replacing my phone. Luckily T-Mobile is taking care of me but if I didn't have insurance I'd be completely out a phone. Take your phone elsewhere for service.
