As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and helped within five minutes. I explained a misunderstanding on my end about a phone number change and a trade-in promo, and Zach was incredibly kind and helpful. He even gave me a credit for keeping my old number longer than expected, which was such a nice surprise. When I realized I missed the 30-day trade-in window, I was ready to just take the cash value, but Zach went above and beyond by reaching out to his DM to try and get me the original promotion. I seriously didn't expect that, and whether it works out or not, I'm really grateful for the effort. And the vibe at this store? Honestly, just fucking awesome. The whole team was chill, funny, and welcoming--I was laughing, joking, and even got compliments on my outfit and glasses. It felt super genuine, wholesome, and positive from start to finish. I went to switch over from Verizon to AT&T since they were supposed to be cheaper, I went in and had a terrible experience. I met with a gentleman that didn't seem to really know what he was doing causing a lot of confusion, Zach then took over while the other gentleman assisted other customers. The entire time I was there, I wasn't getting the proper attention and Zach was back and forth with other customers and us, this caused confusion with my account and numbers as well. He also wasn't nice at all to me or others on our account. I've called the store and we've been in store and each time we have talked with Zach he has been rude and not respectful at all he has told us to come in store due to policy but when we go in person, the interaction is awful and the issues still doesn't get resolved. We have been noticing that the number we were told of what we would pay aren't accurate meaning we were lied too and they were dishonest with us and now causing even more confusion and more money out of our pockets. I wouldn't recommend this location at all, 1 for how we were treated and 2 how dishonest they were and continual lying to us. We are not only paying double the cost than what we were originally quoted but also paying twice as much as we did at Verizon. read more

I was told that when my phone arrived, I could bring it in to have the screen protector applied. When I brought it in, the guy that was working, was very rude. When I told him what I was there for , he just kind of put his hand out with this look of disgust to take the phone and says not one word to me. Then he proceeded to throw the box the protector came in at me, and the other trash from the box, he also threw my way across the table. Got the best service from Bianca, Calvin & another gentleman who was working (unfortunately I didn't catch his name). My iPhone died on me and I also needed to activate another phone. They were all so friendly and eager to assist me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and got everything I needed. My iPhone just needed a soft reboot and I was able to get my additional phone activated. It was all handled smoothly, easily, comfortably and effortlessly thanks to the team working here. If I ever need anything in the future, I'll definitely return to this store. read more

Good location, Cody was very attentive with us about having our phone bills paid that Thursday we came in. The store is a lot smaller, and smelled very nice, very clean and good vibes. They have the traditional phone cases, phone plans, associates waiting to bug you on what you might want to upgrade on. I thought Cody was a sweet gal and deserved a well deserved shout out on here. AT&T has also been a very good plan for us, so I'll say that I do recommend that to anyone. read more

I most say this was one of my favorite locations to stop and see about my phone options. I was on vacation and I was waiting for my flight so I stopped in. I don't normally do reviews, but from the story i heard today the staff at this location deserve to be recognized. My father came in today and has some mental disabilities, he processes things slowly and has issues understanding what's happening with multiple people talk at the same time. He was struggling to keep up and the staff turned all the TVs off and music so he could understand. My family was the only one in the store granted, but they went above and beyond which is why we've stayed with AT&T for 15 years. Dzemel was the one who specifically helped, so shout out to him for having patience when my dad can easily get frustrated from his slow processing. Thanks again! read more

Incredibly dishonest authorized AT&T retail store. BEWARE. DO NOT DO THE DEVICE TRADE IN CREDIT IF YOUR PHONE IS WORTH ANY MONEY. They will give you a trade in credit for your device and deliberately not tell you that the credit is only good for accessories in store. Then they will proceed to charge you $60 for a $20 Gadgetguard screen protector, $60 for a $40 Speck case, $50 for an aftermarket car charger. They will not disclose the cost and the items have no price tag on them. They won't give you a receipt for the accessories unless you demand one, because they know if you see what your credit is going to, you will opt to buy your accessories elsewhere. In addition, they charge more for the accessory when they are using trade in credit than they do when you just walk in to buy it with cash. Hence the lack of price tags on accessories. Sneaky right? I would have been better off keeping my phone, selling it myself as it was in like new condition, and buying my own accessories elsewhere. I dont want anyone else to make the same mistake. This same store cheated us out of our Samsung tv we were supposed to get when we activated a new line with a Samsung phone back in April 2016. The employee told us it would get sent to us after 30 days but neglected to give us the paperwork we needed to submit to get it. The employees and this store owner shouldn't be AT&T authorized retailers. The actual company who runs it is Contact Wireless. They should be running a used car lot on Colfax. Shady AF. read more

Terrible experience today. The staff was more interested in playing a video game than providing correct information for us to get a phone activated. Sent us to a corporate store where they told us we could do it online. 2 stores and we did it without anyone's assistance. When we told the girl we were trying to get the phone activated before my sons flight, she suggested we speed to get to the other location. Not only were the representatives not helpful the store smelled foul. Thank god we are not att customers! read more

The store smelled like stale farts. The salesman we talked to was younger and didn't seem like he cared. He pushed the dual offer they had with cable and after we declined he looked at us like we were stupid and said "it's a good deal, you should do it while you can." After we declined again, he wasn't very interested in what we actually wanted. read more
