We asked her to help us through a form, she said oh you have to call. I couldn't complete the form due to an email issue.. she told us to call. I'm so glad we found this place. 10/10 recommend asking for Jeremy. He welcomed us into the store with a warm smile and took great care of us with superior customer service. Not only did they have a variety of inve tory and everything we needed today, but Jeremy knew where everything was, reassured us his team can apply the phone screens correctly, answered all our questions thoughtfully and honestly, gave us an idea of what happens when the glass cover breaks, I could go on. He was so friendly, passionate, and knowledgable. With his level of customer obsession I couldn't leave without writing this review. One example, he patiently explained in detail the good and bad of three phone screen covers for his S10+. Jeremy made what would have been a normal experience getting phone accessories, into a memorable one. He sold us exactly what we wanted and more.
