The bungo boxes were exactly what I hoped they would be. There was a simple form to have them…read moredelivered. They showed up and dropped them off with convenient dollys to move them around. They showed up the requested pickup day, and that was it. The boxes are very sturdy, and stack nicely almost like Legos. There were stickers to label all the boxes, and all the stickers came off easy. One thing that was really nice, but not immediately obvious to me is that cardboard boxes take a fair amount of time to assemble, but these boxes are just ready to go, and that saved a fair amount of effort. The only thing that would be nice is if the boxes also came with zip ties. I would definitely want zip ties to keep them shut, and I conveniently happened to have a ton of zip ties on me already. I would still go with these again, even if I had to get zip ties myself, but it would be nice if they were included. There are already holes in each side that seem intended for zip ties, and I wouldn't be convinced they would stay shut without them Even though they are plastic, I'm glad to know that these boxes have been used many times, and will continue to be used many more. Also there is the side benefit of not having to figure out what to do with a ton of cardboard boxes.

I echo every word written in these reviews and hope that more unhappy HOA clients will speak up. If anyone knows how we can get this organization audited, please let me know. I have already spoken to Dora and they are useless. Take heed. Stay away from them as a management company and do not purchase a property under their management. It's pure misery. Our HOA used them for about 3 years and our experience was as follows: (1) We were moved around among 3 account managers, with each successive one being worse than the previous. (2) Our points of contact talked a good game at the board meetings and said that they would get right on the tasks that they were assigned, but the vast majority of the time little or nothing was done. (3) They provided no direction to third parties such as one that was tasked with performing a reserve study. They were told that no site visit was necessary and they ended up providing bogus information that required us to schedule another reserve study after we switched management companies. (4) Protocol was often not followed, whether it came to who signed the checks, handling architectural and design review requests. So, please stay away from Colorado Management. If you are serious about finding a good management company, though, please feel free to contact me as we are having quite a bit of success with our new one.
