I hired this service based on a good review on my Nextdoor website. I'm listing my house later this…read moremonth and wanted someone to do the nitty gritty which I don't want to do. Like base boards, cabinets, oven, microwave, blinds etc. Setting up the appointment and getting it set up was a breeze! Everything was done through email and it was super easy and quick. I provided all the information in the work order of what I wanted to get done and how to get into the house but I gave my cell in case they needed something. I also have a dog which they were fine with which is nice. Upon their arrival they text me they didn't know how to get in and didn't know what to clean. I don't think they were provided the work order at all. I provided my cell in case of emergency but they were texting me a lot. They even sent a picture of my not clean oven that they "tried to clean." It was filthy still. It didn't even look like they cleaned. They were there for 4 hours and charged me $280. The baseboards were dirty, the blinds looked worse and they didn't even wipe anything down. It looks like they just cleaned the floors and wiped down the counters. The rest of the 3.5 hours they must've been watching tv with my dog because nothing was cleaned. I'm very disappointed in this service. By the time they could send someone out I'd need it cleaned which is why I booked them in the first place. They wasted my time and money and now I have to take additional time to do the cleaning I hired them to go.
