I filled out their request for a quote online on Saturday and within an hour I was called back by their company and they were very friendly and willing to schedule a time to come over and give me a removal estimate for my storage unit Sunday, the following day at noon. I will have to say the pricing was perfectly inline with what I was expecting based upon my discussing with other junk removal companies in Denver but they were able to get over to my condo storage unit and get it cleared out within less than 24 hours from my original request for a quote.
