Junk Master Highly recommend this company. They picked up several mattresses, box springs and other items for me on Saturday 7/5. They called ahead to alert me when they were headed my way and provided an estimated arrival time with a 15 minute window. They arrived within the specified time. They were courteous, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Took a few extra items at a very reasonable increase in the originally quoted price. Excellent service, I was extremely satisfied with them, absolutely no complaints. Should I need a junk removal service in the future I will definitely call them again. read more

This is the easy button. Very reasonable. Extremely polite, prompt and up front. Every worker was super nice. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, very responsive and friendly; prompt; did what they said they would do.

These guys really delivered - I had a great experience with Junk Masters! I reached out for a quote via Yelp and they got back to me quickly, and I really appreciated how easy it was to get a quote- I texted pictures to them, they called, and gave me a rough estimate (which was also considerably lower than two other places I tried). I also learned that though it's not as clear on their website, they recycle and donate anything they can, which was a selling point for me. They were available same day to come out and confirm the quote on site for free. They were prompt, arriving at the early end of the 2 the window they gave me, and the quote the confirmed came in a little lower than over the phone. Then they cleared everything out very quickly and took card for payment which was really convenient. Can't recommend them enough; the team was an absolute pleasure and got the job done very well. read more

After researching companies to use on Yelp - I went with Junk Master given their high customer ratings and comments. I am really happy to report they were immediately responsive to my inquiry, provided a quote (with the caveat that it depends on how much room my stuff takes up in the truck so it may be higher/lower), showed up on time (gave me a 20 minute heads up before they arrived) and after seeing our "junk" matched the quote provided. Highly recommend! Thank you! read more
