The guys are communicative, they always arrive within the time window given and text/call when they're on the way to let you know how far out they are. They're very well priced and worth their weight in gold because they have no problem getting big items out. These guys are AMAZING! I came into a bad family situation and needed a complete overhaul with removing most everything in a multi level townhome. (Big furniture, small items, electronics-small recycling fee) Booking was an ease and flexible with a few days notice. They were on time and incredibly efficient. They estimate the amount once they assess what is to be removed and charge by the amount of truck filled. He was also very honest in saying if it's less once it's loaded, he would adjust the estimate down.
