I called Doug at BTDT for initial pricing and advice. He was willing to walk me through many aspects of his services, bin sizes, volumes, etc. Then, several weeks later, an immediate need came up for a dumpster and I called Doug again, this time asking for same day service. Within several hours, the bin (a clean, well-kept bin !) was in my yard exactly where I'd asked it be located. His size suggestion had been perfect. I called two days later for pick up, and, once again, several hours later the bin was carefully removed. We did not need a driveway siting, since the bin was able to be rolled closer to the area under construction, but I feel confident all care necessary would have been taken to ensure no damage to asphalt or concrete. As it was, the drivers were extremely careful pulling into our open land area. The service was exceptional all the way around, the pricing was more than fair, the load was carefully covered with a topper for transport, and a good array of product sizing is available for varying needs. I will most definitely use Doug and BTDT again in the near future and strongly recommend them. read more

We called BinThereDumpThat last Monday and our dumpster was delivered that same afternoon. We had a major basement, garage, yard cleanup to complete. We had planned on ordering the 10 or 14 yard dumpster, but when we talked to the rep that day and explained the amount of junk we had, he suggested the 20 yard. He was correct; we ended up almost filling the dumpster to the top (and it was only a little more in cost than the 14 yarder). The dumpster arrived promptly and was very clean. The driver was very polite and answered any additional questions we had and showed us how to open the doors. The price was very good and competitive. We moved after 25 years in the same house--and we definitely needed a dumpster. The folks at this company were very accommodating, and as it was winter they allowed us to extend the length of time (twice) for the dumpster at no extra cost. This really helped us a lot. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they picked up exactly when they said they would. The dumpster was lime green, and that is a good color as dumpsters go! I rented a dumpster to haul away concrete from an unused concrete pad we jackhammered in my backyard. They were professional, very responsive, and all around nice people! I worked with 3 people - owner, delivery/pickup person, and the person answering the main phone lines and had consistent positive experiences with each of them by phone, email and text throughout my experience. Excellent and on-time service from friendly people. I was preparing for construction of a garage. I had cut down some trees and removed old fencing (wood and chain link). I call Bin There... and spoke with a friendly and helpful operator. The bin was delivered the next day by a helpful and very friendly driver. Very helpful with getting me the right size dumpster. The day before delivery I got a call that the dumpster size we had ordered was unable but they were upgrading us to the next size at no charge to us...
